I've just noticed that the exact same stat is showing two different values for the one that's displayed on the HUD and the one that's in a pop-up. Are pop-ups not filtered the same way the HUD stats are (ie for player count/sample of hands to show for)?

Hi,

I do have now the default 2.0 HUD. But I want to swtich to Harrington Basic. How do I switch? Because when press on harington basic and press apply it doesnt change.

Is there some problems with HM2 hud on stars MTT/sng? Works fine on zoom. Manual import finds the hands. But i cant get the hud to appear. "Waiting for hands.." box is there though. Running W7 64-bit & latest HM2.

EDit. fixed by placing the right tournament summary folder to the auto-import list

This seems like a corrupt prefs file, Please do the following

Please export all your HUD's in HUD settings > HUD designer and select export.

Close HM2
Go to this location c:\users\username\appdata\roaming\HoldemManager\co nfig
Delete the file called Prefs.xml
Restart HM2

You will loose all your HUDs and settings but their is probably not a way around this as your prefs file is corrupt.

But after you confirm the issue is solved you can try importing some of the other HUDs that didn't have this problem, If the problem returns after importing those then you will need to repeat the steps above but don't import any of the old corrupt HUDs.

If I follow these steps, will I be able to reimport my HUD and it still work, but possibly still have the problem?

Or if I try this and it doesn't work, will I lose my HUD?

Also, is there no setting to turn off this overhanging menu? I mean, I have two or three of them showing, but if it was working correctly and I didn't want any showing, can I turn this off somehow? Or is the fact that even one is showing mean that I have a corrupt config file? Thanks!

Yes, when you reimport the HUD, you'll have to re-assign the HUD's in Site Options.

You can turn off the Table HUD in General Settings - Common Settings.

I'm having an issue with HEM not picking up an occasional hand, usually the last hand of a tournament. I tried to manually import the hands in question and the hands are there in the hand history file but it shows up as an error when I import. The HUD works fine while I'm playing but this last hand, usually a bust out hand, doesnt get recorded. Since often times it's me busting out, or an opponent against me, my EV calculation is compromised. Is there any way to fix this?

files are zipped by right clicking - send to - compressed folder

If you can not see the 'Waiting for hands...' HUD please try using the Table Finder and then you should be able to use the 'Report a HUD Problem' menu - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...+not+appear572

You can sometimes use that Table Finder tool to attach the HUD to tournaments that don't show the HUD automatically while we work on a fix based on the information sent in your hud error report. If so, you will need to use the Table Finder each time you get moved to a new table.

Avast still doesn't like the update. I've never had a problem before. Will this be resolved in future updates? I don't mind playing zoom without a HUD for a while.

Many of those free Norton, Mcaffee, Comodo, Zonealarm, Avira, Avast, AVG, etc, 'internet security' bundles will not work well with holdem manager.

Step 1 – Restore Default Settings:
First try restoring your default settings, often some settings files can become corrupt and cause these issues:

Other times critical system files may not have been installed on previous updates and it can also cause these types of errors or in some cases antiviruses may have removed files that it mistook for unsafe. Not working on zoom tables only despite downloading the 8175 update. Sent report but feeling lazy on the screenshots etc. Let me know if this is really necessary and I can do it. Stuck on "waiting for tables" are is usual when an update breaks it.

Hey I posted very recently earlier in the thread about HEM HUD not working for Zoom anymore, maybe a week ago. It actually worked again after I updated, but then it stopped again. I updated again to the latest and it still has issues. Can you please let me know how I can fix this, I am really used to and prefer HEM 1 over 2, I have paid for one (possibly 2?) licenses of HEM 2 which I am just not using for now so it's not like I am being cheap. So I would really appreciate if you could help me out here. I am pretty sure it is a very simple/easy to fix issue just like it always is (this is a common issue that comes up now and then for various reasons, as you know).

I realise I have to change eventually but would prefer to delay it little longer. Thanks

i read somewhere that someone had the problem fixed by adding exceptions to some HM files... not sure what files but i guess thats a start..

We no longer update HM1. Any suggestions that have been made have not been tested by support.
