Thanks
The grid wasn't weighting the totals properly so we removed them. This is scheduled to be worked on after our upcoming release.

The previously assigned internal ticket # on this issue is HM-6180 - Stat grid: missing totals - add weighted average (by time) for time based stats

If you want to be notified when it is fixed please send an email to support@holdemmanager.com and include "Notify Me When HM-6180 Is Resolved" in the subject line and body of the email.

Is there a way to manually enter sessions into HEM2? Would be great if I could add a live session/time/date/stakes and have it added to my graph and overall hourly rate.

Not sure if support ending for HEM 1 also means not being able to answer a question about the software or just no further updates ( maybe both )

Anyway, I have a problem which only started happening a few days ago ( at least when I noticed it )

Weird situation here and I was wondering if anyone knew how to fix/what causes this to happen.

I noticed that after my Zoom sessions, the space on my hard drive seems to drop like crazy in comparison to the amount of hands I am playing.

Just now, I played a mere 1700 hands and lost about 1.5 gig space on my hard drive.

I am wondering if its possible that my hands are being copied MULTIPLE times and its because of this or what. I know very little about computers, so I was just wondering if anyone else had/heard of this issue.

I normally play the regular tables and never had a problem but the last few days playing Zoom, I notice significant drops in gig space for what I am playing. It does not seem to make sense.

Any suggestions? It would be much appreciated.

This is not possible. You could add them as bonuses, but not as a session.

1) Please close HM

2) Please open PGAdminIII

It is in the Start -> Postgres folder.

3) Enter your postgres password. The default password is typically postgrespass.

4) Open the databases.

5) Highlight your database.

6) Right click, click maintenance.

7) Run the vacuum and analyze and reindex functions.

http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...lyze+Database+

Please try again.

Use something like windirstat, or treesize free to see what is taking up this extra space.

It is most likely the C:\blitzerr.txt file or some import/errors in C:\Program Files (x86)\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Importing

If it is the blitzerr file you can close HM1 and delete it and it will restart from 0KB

Thank You both for your replies. I was not sure if I was in support limbo in regards to this software in this forum or not.

I am currently running the database maintenance now so we shall see.

Also Fozzy, I remember I had some other problem before where you suggested removing that txt file and it had worked. I think back then it was that my HEM was simply not opening up and it gave a specific code which allowed you to pinpoint that it was that blitzerr txt file.

I could not remember what it was called but suspected that could be the culprit also because right before support ran out for HEM, I made sure to download your last available patch/update and wondered if that file resurfaced because of getting the update.

Again, I am doing the database maintenance now, will see what happens. If still a problem, I will go ahead and delete that text file as well.

Hopefully, after that, everything will be back to normal.

Once again though, Thank You both very much for taking the time to reply to me.

Any chance RVG would consider using all the hands in HEMCloud to do a rake analysis for the community's benefit?

Keeping player names anon of course.

Officially we don't support HM1 at all anymore (software updates or tech support) but if the question won't take too long to answer then we are more than happy to answer it.

This is not something we plan to do for a variety of reasons.

I have not tried after doing the data base maintenance as well as deleting that blitzerr.txt file but I was looking also at the "import errors" aspect and I went to my C: prog files/RVG/Holdem Manager/Importing section of my computer and found in the LOGS folder a bunch of text files.

37 to be exact.

Some are old like from 2012-06 and are small 661k titled "Import errors" " Import trace error" " SQL errors " etc

but I found a few which coincide with the times I started to notice this problem:

2014-05-09 I have one txt called Incomplete hands that says its 1.58 gig
2014-05-12 another called "Incomplete Hands" that says its 3.69 gig

as well as these all called "Incomplete Hands:"

2014-05-13 reading 3.15 gig
2014-05-14 1.85 gig
2014-05-16 1.32 gig
2014-05-19 1.09 gig
2014-05-20 1.63 gig

One folder is just called zoom, its a txt file and it comes in at 1.16 gig

Can I just delete all of these? Are they important? This looks like where all of the missing gig has gone.

No, but he put up a fresh beta build with all the HM2 changes in the new release along with some NC bug fixes.

Yes, you can safely delete those. These happen during auto import in HM1 on zoom tables commonly because of the fast-fold nature of the game/files. I don't think HM2 has this problem but I don't play at stars/zoom to know for sure off the top of my head.

You're gonna have to help me out a wee bit more here.

The link you've given is for the latest HEM2 release but it has been updated by Sreti to include NC 2.5? Or have I got this wrong?

Hey Fozzy, do you do skype or screen-sharing etc? I've tried everything and the active session still doesn't work. The HUD works on and off.

The odd thing is that the time is actually correct. So for instance, I'll load my HEM2 a day later and the session will be there with the correct time!

I don't personally do much remote support anymore. We have a couple other guys that do that now when needed.

The best thing for us to figure out if everything is right is the following:

Please use the tool in the following link to send a HUD Report - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...Reporting+Tool

Please reproduce the problem and attach:
- a screen shot of the table/desktop
- a hand history for the table
- a screenshot of the Sessions Report highlighting the current session (or active session tab with the active session selected if you can't see it in the sessions report) that also includes your windows clock and poker client lobby clock in the picture
- Please send a log file as well - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ger+Support%3F

Please zip and email the requested files to hm2support@holdemmanager.com and let us know that you also sent a hud error report and please include a link to this thread and your forum name.

The hud error report with the screen shot info in bold above should help us to guide to a solution for site time adjustment offset. If we can't solve it easily we can have one of the other guys schedule a remote support session and it should be a quick fix/session.

Hi There

I deleted entire hand histories from my computer and now my hm2 does not work. When I go to the poker site the 'waiting for hands' comes up and just sits there no HUD appears. I go into HM2 to check on hands imported but there are no new ones. I never touched HM2 only the hands on my harddrive so not sure why HM2 is not working

Can I uninstall HM2 and start entirely again. Will that work? Do I need to uninstall the postreq one as well?

Help.

Cheers

Grant

What exactly did you delete and why? Deleting the original/archived hand histories would not have any effect on your postgresql database so it is likely something else causing your problems.

p.s. All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HM2Archive\2009\07\31) or if it was auto-imported with 7283+ it would be in \HM2Archive\SiteName\YYYY\MM\DD.

Make sure that poker client is saving hands and HM2 is auto importing them - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...+PC+Specs#Site Setup Info

Make sure the poker client and hand histories are both in English. If it is not, you need to change it in the Lobby Options or reinstall the software and choose English.

Make sure that the Site Time Adjustment is properly configured such that the Time Stamp in the Reports for the hand matches your local windows clock time - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ime+Adjustment

If you continue to have problems please try our Priority Support Tool - http://www.holdemmanager.com/store/priority-support/ - for the 'HUD is not working' topic.

What reasons would that be?

A breakdown of rake BB/100 and proportion of winning players would be beneficial to your customers. You don't need to name winners/losers. PTR has done it in the past.

Simply login to your account and purchase HM2 from the store. The upgrade discounts ended last month so there is no special upgrade procedure/path.

Some of the reasons should be obvious. The main reason is that the developers said they won't do this.
