So I uninstalled HM2 and now my HEM won't work. I am stuck at the online activation screen and cannot bypass. It says I don't have a license or it can't find one. I disabled my IE proxy, completely uninstalled HEM using revo, reinstalled the newest version of HEM, added HEM expections to windows firewall.
None of this worked and I am still stuck at the activation screen. Please help
I can't grind until it is up and running. By the way when installing updates for HM2 I also had the problem where it crashed and I couldn't get it to open again, was very frustrating. Software definitely not ready to be released, lot of works needs to be put into it.

Very frustrating as I can't get either HEM or HM2 to work lol. Sad life.
Sorry for the delay in reply. Our email volume swelled significantly after the release of HM2 so we are behind our average response time currently. We are working very hard to get caught back up as soon as possible.
If either of you would like to PM me your email addresses I will search them in our system and try to expedite your replies.
General HM1 registration troubleshooting tips:
Make sure windows is fully updated until 'No New Important Updates are Found' (this may require multiple restarts), including Internet Explorer 9 (even if you use a different web browser) and change your Windows Control Panel > Regional Settings Format to English (USA).
1) Open your Internet Explorer and go to Tools -> Internet Options -> Connections and click on "LAN-Settings" at the bottom.
2) Uncheck every box in the small new menu and click ok.
3) Try to register HM again.
If that doesn't work try to enable the [x] Auto-Detect option and try again.
If neither of those options worked, try the following steps for FireFox:
1) Open your Firefox > Options >Advanced > Network > Connection: Settings
2) Try [x] No Proxy.
3) Try to register HM again.
4) If that still fails try using [x] Auto-detect proxy
5) Try to register HM again.
If you continue to have problems, try the following -
1. Shutdown Hold'em Manager and update to the latest beta -
http://rvgsoftware.fileburst.com/HmBetaUpdate.exe
2. Navigate to your RVG Software/Holdem Manager/Config folder
3. Create a new text document in the Config folder and name it LicDebug
4. Restart Hold'em Manager
You should hopefully be able to enter your code now. Once you have done this close Hold'em Manager, delete the LicDebug file and restart Hold'em Manager.
If you continue to have registration issues, please send your Reg.log file from the C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Logs folder. If your Windows is hiding known file extensions the file will simply be called 'reg'.
