It isn't THAT bad. Season 1 started kinda girly, then got funny when Andy joined the cast. Season 2 was good. Season 3 was good till after U-Turn's funeral. It hasn't been that good since, but I kinda dug the final scene of the finale. It's a show I don't care about, but I'll still watch it. The chance to see Nancy naked again is worth it. If she doesn't, at least we got the scene on Sullivan's desk and some titties in season 5.

I gave up 2 episodes in. Had the same effect as Mad Men had on me in that I gave it a shot. Definitely a good show, but I just don't care. I might give this one another shot, but I haven't decided yet.

It's good but unremarkable. Through 25 episodes there's not much plot movement. I love Edie Falco so I watch for her. The rest of the cast is also very solid. It's one of those HBO/Showtime shows that's listed as a comedy but is really a 25 minute drama. United States of Tara is better.

I just finished a British drama called Skinz about a group of high schoolers. Seems decently realistic (although how would I know as it has been over a decade since I was in HS and this is set in London); it was pretty interesting/funny. Only one season with 9 45-minute long episodes.

I would also like to reiterate my love of the British comedy The IT Crowd.

Both are available on Netflix Watch Instantly.

Almost through S01 of The 4400, enjoying it so far.

Does the whole "4400 being sent back to do good deads & make the world a better place" get any deeper than that? Thats prolly my least favourite part of the show atm.

Just finished all 26 episodes in 5 days. Ridiculously intense. Ridiculously good cast. I don't put any stock in award shows but if Katey Sagal doesn't end up with an Emmy something is seriously wrong.

huge wire fan and heard a lot of good things about the shield. even some saying its better. half way through season 1 and i really dont see it. its pretty good shallow fun but meh, not great or anything.

Over the last 5 days I have watched Breaking Bad S1-S2 and first episode of S3. I am IMPRESSED!! Wow I have been missing out!! I should be caught up in time for this season's finale. If you haven't watched it, WATCH IT! The main characters are really well played.

+1 Generation Kill. I'm rewatching a 2nd time right now, gets even better the 2nd time around.

Thanks to this thread I'll be checking out SoA next, sounds pretty bad ass.

What is everyone watching this summer? I'll be watching Hell's Kitchen, Entourage, Big Brother, Hung...

also ill give a +1 to jericho. very well made show that ended way way to early but they do a pretty good job with the time they have. especially if you like post-apocalyptic type scenarios which i know a lot of our peers love.
