Finally watched. Can't you normally swap people during the challenge. Get effin Cirie off the throw. Why was she ever tasked with that in the first place? I fault her team decision more than her. That was painful to watch.

Would've been upset if Ozzy went home. Didn't care between Jenna and Cirie.

That was an all time Survivor epsiode. Seeing the old school element again really made me realize how much I missed it. But it was a good mix of everything. I feel terrible for Kyle. I thought he was a great winner and fun watch and that injury just sucks. I hope he's able to return on a future season.

Cirie strikes again. She's incredible. Was such an easy vote out and everyone is like na, she's the Survivor princess (Sandra is obviously the real queen) and we must keep her. Jenna is out of here. Cirie is a Survivor crusher, outside of a win. And I guess no one playing watched Traitors US season 1. It's the purest and best season in the entire series and Cirie absolutely dominated.

The only season of Traitors I've watched was US s1, specifically because I expected Cirie to crush all the other 2nd rate show players.

I was not disappointed.

I thought Kate from Below deck added great entertainment to her seasons. Boston Rob ended up as a terrible player in his season. His reputation probably really hurt him.

I was also yelling at my TV the entire time Cirie was struggling because I didn't see how anyone with half a brain would put a woman in her mid-50s in charge of this aspect of the challenge.

I'm guessing so, otherwise I have to assume that someone would have said they needed to swap in for Cirie. It's a little weird that Survivor wouldn't have allowed someone to swap in though, so idk

I just saw the movie SEND HELP. Rachel McAdams was a survivor fan and applicant. It would be cool if they could get an entire tribe of movie stars for a survivor season.

You know it’s something he’s been concocting in his head for a long time. But Mike’s opening mat chat is pretty masterful. I think he’s really disarming in this interaction and it feels like he’s just one of the guys

Aubry is so comfortable in her grilling of Genevieve that I wonder if she just knows she got a good draw from her pregaming. I dont know how else to read how she was speaking to her. Maybe be some sort of loco real life drama between them idk

Savannah boot didn't surprise me. Bragging about winning your season didn't seem like a good move to win over strangers.

Christian sure seems to be hogging a lot of the edit. Is he next?

I thought this ep was 9/10. But two full hours with just one tribal, no journey, no medical and 20 fan favorites SHOULD be hard to screw up

I think that would be a jump the shark season

I'm hoping that means deep run or even winner

I'm not really well-versed in Survivor edit theory, just assuming (perhaps wrongly) that the winner is going to be largely ignored until mid-season.

I do hope he goes deep though because he's an interesting cat. I mean, who else is going to use the word "parallax" during a challenge?

The thing is Christian had to be all over this episode. You had 'pants' gate, him finding the idol, being on the losing tribe & then being part of the fake idol plan and fake falling over at tribal.

The things I always look out for are who they keep checking in on and showing when they dont need too. Its what got me onto Deshawn, Cassidy & Dee in the pre merge who all ended up making final tribal.
