Kenzie or Charlie I think. Slim chance for Hunter if he goes on an immunity run.

I can't see any of the others winning.

Of course he will, but I didn't for one second believe it was anything but an attempt to create chaos.

Isn't that effectively a ruse?

I think it was just a hissy fit because it was obvious he wasn’t running the show.

Say what you want about Q, but his logic in having folks sit out the challenge due to what they saw from Hunter during hide and seek was prescient. Leave it to this cast to be the first not to successfully bargain for rice.

Still can't figure out if Q is tanking the challenges on purpose or if he just really sucks at them. Clearly you'd think he would be one of the top physical threats given the shape he's in and his athletic background. But he's been a non-factor in everything. He said he's tanking on purpose but I suspect that is more to save face than anything.

I honestly don't think the tribal was calculated chaos by Q. I think he was just hungry, annoyed about the rice, and knew the vote wasn't going his way so he was throwing a tantrum. He's too proud to quit but I think he legit wouldn't have minded if they voted for him.

He was def correct about the rice though. Did Maria for ex. really think she had any chance to win that challenge?

Yeah, all good points and likely on the money.

As far as Q tanking, I realize that would enter my mind if I was an ostensible physical threat, what with there being past precedent for those folks to get targeted post-merge. But with the addition of challenges that cannot be won based on physical coordination/strength/endurance alone, no one should be tanking any challenges in this day and age.

Anything in the water, he is toast. Other things, like the pole, he just not going to be good at. I was very surprised that Hunter won that. It's usually someone that doesn't weigh as much.

Venus might be lighter but a strong breeze would knock her over. She has zero muscle mass. Dee had muscle on her (and small feet), which is why she found it super easy last season.

They need to come up with another challenge like that though, that one is used far too often.

I agree with Jeremy that I think it's likely a two way battle between Charlie and Kenzie. Both have got so much content in spots where it could easily have gone to a Tiff or Maria or Ben. Liz is starting a get a losing finalists edit too which surprises me as I assumed the show was probably just gonna make fun of her until she left sometime in the early to mid merge originally.

imagine having an idol no one knows about
imagine having the perfect time to play it to save your ass
imagine then telling everyone you have it and are going to play it and try to use it as leverage
then imagine not playing it
LOL HUNTER

Some people just aren't meant for this game. They don't have that dawg in em. Hunter doesn't belong out there. He should've went and competed in an Ironman competition or something.

He was drawing dead anyways, so I guess it doesn’t really matter. But holy ****.

Way better for the audience Q sticks around.

I really thought it was Hunter that voted for Ben. That would've been peak terrible. Nearly as bad by Q, but in hindsight it's actually prescient because his vote doesn't matter. He's not going home on revote. Probably better for Q would be to shot in dark.

voting

q: hunter, liz, venus, kenzie

h: tiff, maria, charlie, ben

b: q

I'm not sure we can read into that vote for alliances. I think everyone was content to get either Q or Hunter out. Seems it was Nami + Kenzie with Siga + Tiff for the 4/4 split. Maybe they told Q to vote Ben just because. Epic result would've been Q playing SitD and Hunter idol'ing, resulting in a revote for one of the other 7. Rip Tiff idol there I guess (unless she's allowed to play it in such a scenario).

I think Q was still thinking Hunter was idoling and those two were going Ben, like Hunter originally told him right before TC.

Pretty sure Tiff wouldn’t be allowed to play an idol on a revote.

This season was rough for the first 6 or so episodes, but the last few have been pretty damn good. I’m still bored of the same challenges though.

It forever boggles my mind that so many more people have gone home with idol in their pocket than people who have played it when they didn't do, despite the former being a much bigger mistake.

Just. play. your. damn. idol. Even Tony 'missplayed' one in winners at war and then went on to a win a jury vote by a landslide.

In terms of winners edit, I agree Kenzie and Charlie have emerged as the two front runners by a wide margin since the merge started.

- Q and Venus should be drawing dead
-Maria's edit has fallen off a cliff
-Tiffany and Ben don't really have a winning 'storyline'

Liz has had a very clear storyline set up over the past two/three weeks but I think its leading more towards a Jake/Owen esk 0 vote finalist result rather than an underdog win

Q to Kenzie 'Hey so did you know Tiffany was in the 6 without you'
Kenzie 'Har har can he be any more obvious trying to get me to turn against my number 1 ally'

The next day - Kenzie turns on her number 1 ally

Think the SIX is the next 3 vote outs. Epic alliance lol

misplaying an idol can even help you... cuz having an idol puts a target on your back. getting rid of the idol can take heat off you
