The Walking Dead starts really well and then gets lame fast for a whole variety of reasons not worth getting in to.

Haha, Dexter is exactly what I considered comparing it to!

My walking dead watching plan:

Step 1: Watch pilot.
Step 2: Done.

It's mildly entertaining. Probably watch if you have nothing else to do.

chuck is awesome, my lil brothers never seen it so im re-watching it with him now. weve cruised thru the 1st 2 seasons. i actually think s4>s5, i really really disliked the end of s5 and thought that plot was really unnecessary. last 5 minutes of the show are excellent of course.

What should be my next show between(?):
Deadwood
The Walking Dead
Chuck
if you watched the walking dead and then chuck and then died in a lawnmower accident involving your penis and untied shoe laces the biggest travesty of the whole bloody ordeal would be that you watched chuck and the walking dead before deadwood. the second biggest travesty would be that you watched more than the first three episodes of the walking dead unless forced to at gunpoint by a masked anal rapist.

lolol Deadwood it is. I wonder what Timothy Olyphant thought when he was approached about being a marshal again for Justified? Another great show btw, y'all should check it out if you haven't seen it.

Not sure his name, but there's a slightly overweight guy who has been on the show multiple times to help revamp the menu and organize the kitchen.

Spoiler:
The way the naive Brom went out in ep 3 was really sad to me.

I'll throw a shout out to The Booth at the End. It's good and short and has the small time theater feel to it. It's one set with two or more actors just doing their parts. It's too bad more short features like it don't showcase the talent of some actors.

Yeah, caught up with this recently & enjoyed it. Xander Berkeley is good (as always) but a bit one-note "You made the deal..."

Been a great run of eps recently.

Hopefully they'll make this season of Alphas epic, because I just can't see a way for it to get to a third season. It was barely renewed last year, with ratings that were quite a bit better than what we're seeing now. The 8pm slot ended up being even worse than its usual lowly rated 10pm slot.

That ended.... oddly. By the end, I couldn't see wanting to spend much more time with these people, aside from Carla, who's an all time favorite of mine.

If you enjoy insult comedy, Jeff Ross is doing great on "The Burn"

You can tell it's chopped together, and the audience track is poor, but at the end of show 2 Gilbert Gottfried did a bit that was so funny and so filthy I felt physically ill.

seems like they're making alphas more powerful this season. hopefully they don't continue introducing more alphas with more powerful abilities like most superhero franchises...

you could actually

Watch pilot
Watch last 3 eps of S2

the rest of the stuff is just dead weight, but the last 3 eps were solid
