The punisher finally got good around episode 8-9. It was way to slow paced until then for this kind of show.

Also Norsemen

Havent read anything about it here yet, but it really is hilarious. The office meets monthy python vikings style. Check it out!

As someone who has made being a background extra a fun little hobby for several years (though not much in the past year because of lack of free time), I am so jealous of the extras in Superstore. They have the absolute best background roles.

My mom is an extra for the new season of Marvelous Mrs. Maisel. Was kind of a bucket list item for her. No idea if she's actually going to be in any scenes.

Yeah, you never know what's going to end up in the show. Hell, there are plenty of times you think the camera is pointed right at you when it really isn't.

Eltin there was a little discussion about Norsemen last year.

I'm going to have to try out River if BG recommends it.

Anyone watching Norsemen? I quite enjoyed it. A Norwegian comedy about Vikings with a real Monty Python feel. Is on Netflix.

Finished Maniac...

It was certainly interesting and worth watching, but I wasn’t quite buying the Justin Theroux/Sally Field thing, and how farcical the experimenters were.

3 episodes in and thoroughly addicted to whatever is happening in Homecoming despite skeletorette Julia Roberts. Final 7 episodes tomorrow probably.

I didn't see a thread for Outlander, anyone watch this? I thought it was kinda lame until tonight as my gf got me into. Pretty addicted to it. It's kinda like Braveheart set in the Revolutionary war era, 10 years or so beforehand. I totally dig the setting, makes me feel like a soft little indoor cat next to the people in the show.

2 into Homecoming, enjoyed the podcast a while back and so far it is surprisingly close to it, given the different medium. Looking good so far.

Finished Homecoming, can't... say I'm too pleased with it. Wouldn't recommend. Acting was good?

I’m 3 ep into Homeland. It’s doing a good job of keeping me interested in what’s going to happen next.

Quit after season 1. If you don't do that, DEFINITELY quit after season 2.

And if you don't do that, DEFINITELY quit after season 3.

And if you don't do that...

Rinse and repeat a few times, and then join us in next year's season 8 thread where we predictably crap all over the show but just. can't. stop. watching.

I was pretty surprised to hear Homeland is still running. Got the Brody character spoiled a long time ago and figured it just ended there.

Thought Mr. Robot was going to be amazing after the pilot. Stopped after about 10 episodes too. Christian Slater is annoying. Didn’t care at all about any of th characters.
