Nothing technical about it, unless Jesse is supplying the raw materials, there is no other way to interpret what he is doing here. He is getting free meth to start his own street level operation.

I cant see how this doesnt get him killed in the end. He got the same Meth that Gus has. Gus will add one and one and Jesse is history.

I just got done watching all the episodes over the last few days and wow is this show great. Cranston is just so so good. How can you go from Malcolm in the Middle to this, it boggles my mind. I remember watching the first three episodes a long time ago and not liking them much, luckily I decided to give the show another go.

I know when you watch a bunch of episodes of a show in a row you can get a kind of tunnel vision where the bad episodes don't bother you since you're plowing through them so quickly but it really feels like this show has kept up the same high level throughout.

The downside to watching a lot of episodes in a row is that now having to wait a week between episodes feels like an eternity.

Jesse is risking the entire operation by supplying blue meth in their area. There is a reason Gus isn't doing it (why else would he pass on more profit). Also could be a bit obvious to Gus if he is suddenly getting 200lbs exactly from Walt all of a sudden when blue meth appears on the streets.

On another note, I think the fact that Skylord is fabricating lies about Walt being a gambler has sealed her fate now as bad, at least in the eyes of the law. She ****ed Ted, but shes Walts bitch now

There's a post that won't derail the thread for half a page...

BTW I just caught up on a month-old Carolla podcast with Cranston & Dean Norris. Great stuff.

May be overrated in some quarters, still one of the three best shows ever.

Surprised the Drug meeting advertisement scene got so much love. That seen has been done before. Off the top of my head in a GA meeting in Two for the Money. I'm pretty sure it was done before that too.

Can't wait for tonight's episode, simply because it's directed by Rian Johnson (of Brick and The Brothers Bloom).
05-23-2010 , 06:34 PM
Yeah, I also thought the NA meeting scene was dumb cause it's been done before. Couldn't think of where I saw it but Two for the Money sounds right.

How long until Jesse gets killed by Gus?
I think penultimate episode of the season.

Gus should make it look like an auto-accident/suicide/drug OD so Walt doesn't hate Gus+quit+go to police become of it.

20 minutes until the new episode btw.
05-23-2010 , 09:45 PM
I hope Jesse does get killed off, he is becoming extremely annoying.
05-23-2010 , 10:01 PM
eww, close of a fly, wtf mang?
05-23-2010 , 10:10 PM
Not a big fan of this walt vs fly scene

waste of 6 minutes
