The biggest difference between Tiger now and Tiger pre 2009 is a mixture of both ball striking and short game.

2013 Tiger was still probably 1 shot worse relative to the field than pre2010 Tiger and ball striking was probably 60% vs 40% short game.

Tiger is definitely suffering from declining long game. Didnt he lose like 3 balls in one of his rounds. He didnt putt those balls into the water.
Look at how many bogeys hes putting on his card and how many three puts he has. His putts per round are normal, gir and proximity to hole is bad.

I dont think he will if he does maybe a Master's with a limited field and his knowledge of the course.

Reality is he will be considered the second greatest of all time, Greatest of his time and by far one of the most important golfers to the game in how much he drew people in and drove up purses. Im sure Nike loves him also
