Can anyone recommend which is the best internet provider to go with for grinding poker in malta. (fixed line and/or mobile internet dongle thingies)

I'll confess to being super duper drunk but howeva i believe we used melita/metlia im sure u can google the names and find the actual spelling. seem to be the biggest in malta and pay 100eu a month for 4 people to use the interney. they offer worse packages that are good for single people etc.

melita are the main provider here. think i pay about 80 euros a month for internet, phone line & the tv (this includes a ton of channels, mostly rubbish, but some good ones, obv all the sports channels)

Im in malta to work, i.e grind poker, so not here for touristy ****e. Is it not better to live here than live in a place that rains 300 days of the year?

I think Go has the premiership, not Melita. Melita has CL and a bunch of other leagues

www.yesmeals.com (online ordering for the whole island, about a half dozen restaurants for Sliema/St Julians)

www.piazzacascata.com/ (24/7 which is awesome but food is meh so prob last choice when other stuff is open. They'll also bring you cigarettes, phone cards, random stuff on request)

www.piccolopadre.com/ (Good eating, less pricey pizzeria that shares a building/kitchen with Barracuda, one of the better restaurants on the promenade)

www.roknahotel.com (good pizza, other stuff soso)

Pizza Hut deliver also if you want a bottle of vegetable oil with your pizza. Haven't tried Zest because they don't have any vegetarian stuff for me but everyone says they're awesome.

Visiting Malta on Nov18-24. Anyone got a free room for those dates?

My plan is to check out Malta and see if I'd like to move there this year, so I'll try to travel around the island, check out the night life and get as much info as possible about all the boring admin stuff regarding moving there.

At the same time I'd like to put in at least 10 hours of play in those 7 days. So anyone with free space and interested in giving a quick tour, lemme know
