BPA,
Not sure if serious. I would have a tough time totaling 1200 right now lol
Saw,
Ya, I meant i cant make progress programming on my own. I stopped doing sheiko after 2 weeks. It was very boring. Here is a link to the program

Im trying one last time to program RTS on my own. As far as auto regulation, I guess i dont think it is as good as I used to. The biggest con for it is it is real easy to make yourself think something was an @9 when it was and @10. Also, it is easy for some people to go the other way as well. They will have like 4 reps left and be like wow that was hard, probably and @9.
Another con i have noticed especially with RTS is that fatigue percents dont really work how they are intended to all the time. I think Mike T has switched his programming a little to correct for this. I also noticed this with the programming to win intermediate program. They will say to have fatigue at 3% for low volume, 5% for medium volume and 7% for high volume. The only problem with that is let's say you benched 300x5 @9. 3% fatigue your drop down set will be 291x5, 5% it will be 285x5, and 7% it will be 279x5. For me and a lot of lifters i see using RTS. They will reach an @9 after the same number of sets for all the different fatigue percents. For the 3% they might even over shoot the RPE after 1 drop set. So in practice, 3% fatigue is more volume then 5% because you will do the same number of drop sets but with higher weights.
I would definitely just start keeping track of RPE if you plan to use it in the future
