Weasel, wash it really well. Really well. I've used peroxide too. Then a good amount of Neosporin + bandage to keep moist for a couple of days in my experience.

Then (also @chinz) I file (callus file, find at any drug store) multiple times daily and apply bag balm (greasy/oily which sucks) or "Working Hands" (I like this a lot more because I can use it at work, it's not greasy).

That blows; death may be imminent. If you happen to live, I avoid such issues by only lifting jellydick weight; try it and let me know how it works out for you, because it's been a pretty foolproof strategy so far.

I think your on to something with the jelly dick weights. I'm never going to be good at power lifting and I am always sore and banged up. I walk around like a 60 year old man so I am starting to not see the point

So my slingshot mini gangsta wrist wraps came today. They arent that great. They are 20 inches but they count the velcro in that length so the actual elastic is only like 12 inches or so, so i cant get them that tight. I got the xxl slingshot. I almost got the xl but the XXL is pretty tight. I have tiny arms and it barely fits

I like that I can bench more than busto now. That's gonna last a couple days till he gets his sling shot though. But it felt really good on my shoulders and had me touch lower than normal which is probably better on the long run

225x17 was no slingshot.

The benefits are just to overload the bench so you get used to holding more weight. The way i had my bench set up before i had 1 slot a week for an overload bench. In this slot i would put towel/board press, mid range pin press, bench plus bands. Since the sling shot was on sale i figured having another overload option to use couldnt hurt.
