Wow, nice PR. Do you lift alone? Every time I walk in the gym to bench I say "yeah I'm totally gonna do pause reps" and after the first rep of the work set I give up.
Thanks n4rf. I thinks it's cause I'm getting better at more volume and higher reps but hopefully it helps top end strength.
Monte,
Lol. I read one of the links he posted and it said do not drink at all if you take this. I guess that ends any thought I had of ever trying a cycle. Liver damage from drinking seems more fun then liver damage without drinking
Just kind of made up my own following Connor Lutz's program
Tuesday - Volume Comp Bench rotating 5s 6s 7s, Heavy 3 count bench rotating 2s and 3s, Volume squat rotating 4s 5s 6s
Wed- Volume tng bench rotating 4s and 5s w/ rep out on last set, DL + band or Deficit DL for like 3 sets of 3-5, Pause squat or front squat
Friday - Intensity Comp bench rotatin 3s and 4s. Same for squat
Sat - Overload bench rotating 2s and 3s, Matt Gary program for deadlifts, RDLs for 6-8 reps of 3 or four sets
Ya, I guess im ok with it so far. I've been benching 4 days a week for about 1.25 year. Doing RTS with mike t. there was more variation in grips and reps. I ve been doing it like this for about 12 weeks where it is almost just all normal bench
Feel pretty good. My left shoulder gets sore from time to time but it is mainly from squatting so if i bench first i dont really have too many problems
