lol Just because you have the frame of a 12yr old doesn't mean everyone else does too. My ideal weight is definitely not 160.
When I got out of OCS I was 175 and had a 30" waist. Properly measured as you would say as it was for my dress blues fitting.
I'm not going to get leaner than that time and I had waaaay less muscle mass.
You're right about the eating cholesterol not mattering. It's definitely self produced/genetic. I will perhaps looking into trying other statins maybe.
