You can sleep 18 hours a day and never move, solely relying on your BMR and the drugs, to get into lean -45% bf contest shape and Phil Heath's current and ex wives will both spontaneously start blowing you right after the first inject.

Weird question but wondering; Im on a 1500 kcal schedule 6 out of 7 days and 1 day maintenance. I work out 4 days a week, combo of hiit things and working the machines in 3x12 sets. Im 184 in height and 85 in weight with 20% fat. Will I gain muscle and lose fat? I eat pretty healthy fwiw. Vegetables and protein.
That falls into the realm of the Beginner Question thread. But the short answer is that it is extrmely unlikely that you are gaining muscle while losing fat with that combination of high kcal deficit and training regimen.
Can the first break a 6min half mile? Could I break that time walking? Apparently the world record time for a mile is 5:31, and given my 50% Olympic level, seems like I'd narrowly miss.
