Well, sometimes cops are out of control monsters who kill innocents out of a mixture of fear and ignorance (jdock, Stephon Clark), but other times they are completely justified and get tons of **** and blowback and rioting for a well deserved slaying that not only saved the officer's life but put down an absolute savage who had committed crimes in the past and was all but certain to continue to terrorize his community (thremp, Michael Brown) but the racebaiting industry and news media knowingly dresses it up as if it were an innocent dude who got killed. Like many things, it's morally ambiguous and nuanced and by paiting one side as all saints and the other as all sinners we are being myopic and intellectually dishonest/lazy.

Actually, to give Thremp some credit, outside of the N1H thread he's been uncharacteristically civil lately, so it was a weird time to ban him. During the SenseiSingh era he was really bad and probably should have been banned then, but these past few months I think he's been reasonable.

It's like what would we rather have? Thremp or voodoo apple cider vinegar posts? Give me thremp all day.

Beautiful squats. Brutal workout, but ultra simple no FPS basic exercises only 4 exercises + one optional exercise. Our boy ExpectedV would not be caught DEAD doing such a program as it's written, despite the fact that it's written by an almost certain natty bodybuilder with both science and empirics on his side. It's too brutal to do those kinds of super basic exercises with the appropriate level of effort. Volume is low, but he's doing push/pull/legs off repeat so 5.5 days per week highish frequency.

Well hold on there professor; I wouldn't really say that Mikhel was banned. I looked into it more deeply and I found that apparently what happened is that he's been permabanned for five years and no one ever told him, but through some kind of glitch in the moderator department, he still gets allowed to post. We just went ahead and fixed the glitch.

QB contacted me and would like me to clarify that Thremp was not banned "because" of QB, which is probably technically true. (Though I would argue that the QB ban being pushed through was probably the catalyst providing the activation energy for the Sword of Thrempocles finally dropping).
