Yes, that's the plan. I want to lose weight and my log helped with that, the randoms being nasty did not.

Possibly you would have gotten more responses if you had appeared enthusiastic about logging again and losing weight instead of acting like the injured party and wanting people to assert you are actually wanted here before you devote your Clash time to something that has helped you add years to your life.

Dang...max level is what 13?

I found that 3.5-3.8 elixer is the best.
I've been meaning to make a spreadsheet to see what the maximum hit points in combination with fasted speed and lowest elixer is.

I love the 3x elixer war collection battles, I like the quick fast attacks.

Whos intermittent fasting with me? I've had a much easier time than I was expecting, energy levels way up.

Plus I get to start using the term feeding window.

I tried it earlier toward the end of my bbing show prep. Nothing magic about it wrt to gh/hormones/special fat burning, but it's a really good way to not be taking in calories but yet not feel miserable. My strategy was not aggressive at all though, bout 12-14 hours on workdays and 14-16 hours on weekend. Biggest problem was dehydration, but when I just started carrying salt water with me it wasn't too bad. Night time some cramping once in a while.

I mean, didn't stop me from needing to basically only eat egg whites, whole eggs, vegetables, white fish, and fruit for sanity's sake/healthy liver.

I did 16:8 - 20:4 for over a year when I was initially dropping some weight. Like evo said, nothing special about it, just an easy way to eat a deficit.

One of my pet peeves. Literally said about every health initiative anyone undertakes. Low carb, carnivore diet, IF, paleo, replacing coffee with green tea, sleeping on the floor, cold showers, etc. It's always "energy levels way up" and/or "mind is a lot sharper".

At that point it really doesn't matter what the diet is. You're being deliberate rather than impulse driven about a huge part of your life (food). That's going to have a significant spiderweb effect on the rest of your life, even if you're doing something as otherwise silly as losing weight by cutting out all meat from your diet.
