Yuck it up, laughing boy.

I just started feeling hungry and I realized I forgot to eat breakfast again. I'm prepared today with yogurt and a banana.

Tues log:
I separated out the ingredients for the meatloaf for more accuracy. On Mon, my daughter had 1/4 and I had 1/4 and then I had the remaining 1/2 last night.(made with 1lb ground beef)
I was thinking that stewed tomatoes and vinegar might be a lower calorie substitute for the ketchup.

M,
that's great that you had a backup breakfast plan.

on other hand, I don't think anyone is going to believe your trying very hard if you continue to add jelly to sausage biscuit sandwiches
05-10-2017 , 11:35 AM
You can save time at breakfast by simply eating a spoonful of sugar in place of jelly. It's much faster than applying jelly to the sandwich.

It's pretty clear that her dedication is nil.

Simple changes (like not throwing jelly on an already high kcal meal) would make a difference, but she routinely chooses otherwise.

MLY - I'm still curious as to why you have such an aversion to just skipping breakfast, especially since 'forgetting' seems to be routine? Seems like a good option, since you can't seem to keep all your meals 500kcal or below for any given day.

Also, 137kcal for 4oz of cooked chicken seems low, and is certainly lower than what I log for mine.

MyFitnessPal will let you import recipe ingredients and calculate serving nutrition for you

Where did you get the squeeze jelly to put on your gas station sandwiches? And when you asked if there was a more reasonable option I would say leaving the jelly off the biscuits would've been clearly more reasonable wouldn't you agree?

M, do you have a smuckers jelly squeeze bottle in your purse at all times?

She didn't want to be rude and not ask for some jelly for her biscuits

I only keep hot sauce in my purse.

Lunch today:
It took me 20mins to drive home and make a chicken salad.
40 mins left to eat, chill, and watch TV.
There is no excuse for me going out to eat at lunch while I'm still living in town.
05-10-2017 , 01:43 PM
Salad looks very tasty!
05-10-2017 , 04:23 PM
It was so yummy Josie!

I'm at 968cals for the day, the salad was 746cals...I added parmesan and feta cheese.

I'm pretty sure you're already comfortable shooting for that type of goal anyways.
Yeah, loco thought I should try for around 1900 and make it a 2 year plan to build sustainable habits. I think he is right and that might be the best approach now that I've lost some of my focus and motivation.

Get a machine for your house so you can't make excuses for not getting to the gym, and you have the added benefit of showing your daughter what is possible with hard work.
When I move in with my sister at the end of the month, I know my exercising will increase. When I was really motivated, I was trying to get her up and walking everyday to help with her depression and weight but she couldn't do it unless someone was with her. Together we will motivate each other to go walking g/running every night and I'll continue to go to the gym.
She will also help me with getting my meals prepped and staying on top of things. She is worse than code3 about having everything organized and in order, she will be on me about cooking and cleaning (my oldest sister).

Holiday,
I don't have access to anything that resembles a yoke for yoke walking, would a farmer's walk have the same effect?

Loco is not the only one who recommended a higher calorie target and more sustainable lifestyle changes!

That's fine and you'll crush your diet with days like that, but the more you lose, the less room you'll have to fit stuff like that in. So you'll be a lot better off if you start finding more satisfying alternatives for calories like that now and start reducing things like these in your diet.
Do 150lb women just not eat bread? I can't remember from when I was that thin.

Thank you guys for all of your continued input despite my recent downturn.
I'm going back through and re-reading what you all have written so that I'm sure I'm internalizing it.

I thought Monday's plan was for fish. Or was that the night you went to MLYLT learns to love herself and changes her life (for real this time!) s?

My bad. All who recommended this were probably right.

It's just when I had the bet with 27 I was on fire and so motivated to stay under calories. I love competition and it got me excited. Maybe there is some sort of athletic competition I can get fired up to work towards.

My daughter wanted meat loaf. I was going to cook it tonight, but she already saw the pork chops in the fridge and that's her favorite food so I'll prolly be making those tonight instead.
05-10-2017 , 04:44 PM
And I think your were asking about spot reducing in the other thread
