Had to goto doctors today. Got bit by tick right on my ass. Absolutely awful. The nurse thought I was joking at first lol.

Off day today. Went to AC played some short stack poker. Up $80 in hour then bounced. Such a nitty table but tons of straddles. Seemed weird. Anyways had this seafood and cheese fries was good af.

- Lost weight surprisingly given I had the Halloween party. I only had 1200-1500 cals before the party/ 200g protein but when I started to drink my appetite was totally suppressed. Very weird. Ate some, not much at all.
- Got home really late so skipping the gym today. Was supposed to do hams so I'll make up for that on Monday.
- With my current macros I can basically eat whatever I want but it's getting to the point where I have to eat all the time. Annoying on some days. I should switch places with N1H, he could demolish these macros and still want moar.

These were my notes from week 1 so that's about 5 lbs gain in 10 weeks going from 2,647 to 3,661 calories. That's absolutely perfect, 0.5 lbs every week. Enough time to keep getting stronger and adding in 20-30 carbs each week plus some fat.

This post was from May 1st, 2014 and Loco confirmed I had love handles/ chest looked droopy. From here I did my crazy cut to 159 lbs etc etc.
