Looking lean, tight, and solid bro.

Pretty sick how lean you are at 163. For Montecore to be that lean he would have to cut to 168. Soulman to 142. At 6'4 and 6'0, respectively, that probably would look straight out of Auschwitz.

loco's got that fat rage going, I see. Good stuff, I enjoy it; hopefully his lower back survives his DL attempt in a few weeks.

Thanks bro. I'm just glad bulking up that extreme didn't turn out to be a waste. I'm not sure how lean I am but in all seriousness I would say I'm 8%. Prob between 8-9% by an accurate body fat test. However, there is no way I'm 10-12% body fat. Thinking about scheduling a Hydrostatic test. I'm gonna look more into it tomorrow but it's very hard to find places to get this done.

Cutting properly is tough but even for me- who you guys joke about my synthol arms back when I was bulking feels like they are deflated as fack now. Being natty sucks.

He does- it's the only way he's gonna survive on that program without entering snap city. I must add that there is no way in hell he is going into full bulk mode already weighing in at 172-173 lbs. He's gonna be fatter than I was at 180 lbs and he's gonna get depressed. We all know how he gets lol.

I got an extension for a doc at RU today in the sports exercise program and left him a message and there is a possibility he can arrange for a hydrostatic bodyfat test for me.

Miles is pointing out (correctly) that the secret to your aesthetic gainz is how you were able to shrink your head by 5%, thus making the rest of your body look quite a bit bigger.

I've given this some hard thinking and believe that you must be in communication with Assani and figured out a way to modify whatever approach he is able to take to modify his height so that you can modify your head size. Since he has guarded his secrets for years, I am very excited at this discovery.

I think the technology or whatever kind of technique you both are using to get these solid results could have extended applications. However, I know you are busy working several jobs and constantly cooking orange chicken around the clock so I've assembled a team to assist: DT is already lined up as an investor and BtM is on as financial advisor/dating analyst. PoW will of course be legal consultant and Mr. Golden already has a book deal lined up as long as we include BtM's dating anecdotes.

Please let me know when you are ready to move forward.

My point was that your head size relative to muscle size is starting to give away your smallness. Can't shrink heads. Can be a little higher BF though with more siiiize. But yeah if you're intent on staying really low BF, you are kinda stuck if you don't start roiding up.

I did actually take your pictures and shrink your head 5% just to see how it would look. I think comparing the normals and 5% head shrunk ones is a pretty drastic difference.

Def Not intent at all. I guess you could say I am intent for the summer but I have a lot more work to do. I have a lot of goals for myself and the only way I am going achieve an amazing physique and actually look like I lift is never being intent. You could say I am kinda stuck if I had plans to say this low body fat but I do not.

Back/delts hypertrophy

- Super low volume today but I had a lot of planning to do. I had to request off from both my jobs and that was a headache. Going to visit my gf soon and surprise her for our anniversary. Obviously since I'll be in Lousinana, I'm gonna eat like a pig and enjoy every second of it. Will gain a few lbs for sure but I don't really care. A very much needed vacation from everything.

- Rushed to my volleyball game after the gym and had a few beers after the game which felt kinda weird but it's awesome now that I can enjoy myself a little bit. Def would have drank more if the group wasn't go dull but meh all good.

- Pulling 335 was hard as fack but still did it. Form needs some work when going that heavy. Maybe I'll record next week, we shall see.

Lower body hypertrophy

Weight: 162.0

- Mind blown. Only been reverse dieting for 4 days or so and already lost a lb and not to mention I went way over my macros last night. I had a few beers when I went out plus 2 big bowls of cereal and cake. It must have been the cake, that would explain why busto is a monster because he eats my whole allotted amount of calories through donuts.

- Felt nice to actually get a good leg workout in. After doing a complete leg workout, I can tell how badly I have been slacking with them. That will change.

- My job refuses to give me off an extra day so I plan to just call out because I will save $100 on the round trip flight so I would be coming home early to work for free. Fack that.

very nice work with the cut. I'll be happy WHEN I get to that level, but that it out of reach this month. WIDER BACK.. everybody looks like they don't lift if their waist just as wide as their back lol

Spoiler:
(trust me, I'm mad jelly of the leanness, so me always bringing up wider back for you is my sick way of making myself feel better.)

What's the rationale behind programming box jumps? I thought you're a body builder?

It's actually not meant to be. His main concern is adding size to my back and to get me to actually squat.

Since I am reverse dieting, he wants to use this time of increasing my calories to add some size to my weak areas. Obviously, we all know my back and legs are my biggest leaks.

3x5 box jumps are going to add size to your legs? IANABB, but my understanding of box jumps is that they're good for developing explosiveness, power, general athletics, etc., but not real great for hypertrophy. If there's a reason for programming them, I doubt it's to get your legs to grow.

EV is a meter maid on the Jersey boardwalk. There is a non-zero chance he is going to be writing out a ticket for a meter that has been expired for 2 minutes for some guido juice monkey who is going to completely lose it when he shows up to put some more quarters in the meter and EV smugly explains he cannot stop the ticket because he has already started it.

At that point EV is going to need all the explosiveness, power and general athletics he needs to survive.
