EV has pretty much exclusively aesthetic goals. The pics show upper body gains. His lower body surely has no gains in strength or aesthetics. (prove us wrong, bro)

EV showing some fakebusto level of reading comprehension here - I believe loco was saying you need to get your lifts to those numbers, not that it's what you do now.

EV knows the point I was making.

He has benched 280 on video. Deadlifted 375. And squatted 225x5.

There are no gains unless he can beat those numbers. He claims 275 squat was never possible, but we saw his 225x5 and he could have hit that for 225x10. But no heart and no confidence in his form.

Trust me on this one. He would squat 275x1 if any of us were there filming for S&F. And he would deadlift 375 again. And he could do it today.

His gains are somewhere deep deep inside. His last rep is really not his last rep. If he can reach that last rep, Gainzville will be in sight.

Might bust his back though. You have to have hold form to reach the last rep. I know personally, I haven't been able to do that. I can reach the last rep on squat but with ****ty form. Same with deadlift. Downtown went backbusto reaching the last rep with ****ty form. And now it's game over, erryday is upperbody day.

So two twizzlers is like what, 40g carbs each or something?

You would have lost 5 pounds if you didn't get those 320 calories. good lord man, eat!

The fixation on short term weight fluctuations in this and #1's log is pretty tilting.

Giving villains way too much credit imo. #1's log is like bro science/complete lack of basics central.

Make some valid points and typically I'm so concerned with proper form/ injury prevention, it holds me back at times. I feel like now, its different though. I'm making myself feel almost uncomfortable. The other day I didn't think I could do another rep after completing 245x2 but went for another one and used every bit of energy to get it up. Likely squatted uneven, too much on toes but if I want to make gains, I need to feel uncomfortable at times. I did it all the time when I used to bench and eventually hit 275x1 or whatever the exact numbers were.

Something like that. I think it was an error reading though. After I got back from gym it read 169 so it was totally inaccurate.

- Way off in macros. Had to work 16 hour shift due to arrest. Lady called 911 and ended up arresting her. Pretty sad. She bashed her bf over the head with a cup.

- My sleep schedule is weird now so today's workout took a hit. Wasn't feeling it at all. Actually didn't wanna go to the gym felt so out of it.
