It looks like you're doing upper power/lower power/upper hypertrophy/lower hypertrophy? But all your power days are sets of 8-12? WTF is going on?

O ok cool, yea looks like some of the recent power days were just at a ****ty hotel gym.

Basically the same setup that I have going, except I'm doing 3's for power, and like 1/10th of the work you're doing overall haha.

yeah went to Miami for 5 days or so. Haha, its not bad just the power days cause my rest time is longer so instead of hour workout its at least 1:30.

- DLs were tough today, quads quite sore from yesterday's workout. Did an extra set for DL cause 225 was easier than normal.
- Coach is gonna send me update tonight. Strength is still going up but haven't lost that much weight on deficit. Started 5-6 weeks ago @174 lbs.

- Did this workout on 320 calories so was a bit rough towards my second cardio session. Might be a tough one energy wise at work today. Have my update tomorrow so I'm sure it will be a bigger increase than the norm but need to lose a lot more weight.

Goal- go from 172.4 to 171 lbs

- Big decrease this week ~160-170 calories so I better hit 171 at minimum
- Started the cut at 174 so its been a struggle and at that weight was consuming well over 500g carbs. This is pretty strange.
- Strength wise i'm obviously still very weak but slowly increasing weight which has been the only positive thing about this cut. In 8 weeks:
