- Did this workout on 320 calories so was a bit rough towards my second cardio session. Might be a tough one energy wise at work today. Have my update tomorrow so I'm sure it will be a bigger increase than the norm but need to lose a lot more weight.
- Still looking soft at 172 lbs need to cut cut cut.
