Does the belt help you do extra weight?

- Diet has been excellent last week. July 4th weekend I've had 5-10 min break only at work due to the volume of calls and people driving like ass. Yesterday I went from 3pm-9pm no break and only had a protein shake leading up to 9/10pm so that wasn't good and was my own fault for being so damn hungry. It helped me adjust my schedule working 1500-0300 cause tonight I'm working 2300-0700.
- Weight stalling a bit likely due to inconsistency of hitting macros, unsure. There will be times I come home and have 400 calories left so just eat ice cream and PB and call it a night lol. I would think that's enough to hit it, maybe not.
- New macros now at 220p/365c/80f

- Started training legs 2x/ week. It sucks but at least I'm starting to do it. I quit poker for the time being to concentrate on fitness/nutrition again. In 2 months went from $600 to 1.8k bankroll but started to skip workouts and be lazy with hitting macros/ prepping meals so decided to give it up for now. Sucks because I was just starting to get into the grove again but that's a sacrifice I'm not willing to make. I did that in college and not willing to do it again. Gains more important.
- Work is really busy and the media is pissing me off more everyday.

- totally overate today. Too many Oreos and ice cream. Lack of energy and tiredness got me binging. Seems pretty unusual for me to have such a lack of energy at 3000 calories. Odd.

It's time to hand over the reigns for your programming, my bro. I suggest bdiddy, he knows a thing or two. Yes, he uses PEDs and you don't, but there was a long period where he did not and I'm sure he still remembers what to do because it wasn't much different.

When I was 16-18 I would train legs until i threw up all over the floor and then i knew the day was done lol. I trained at a gym called "Hardcore Gym" which was full of powerlifters and bodybuilders so it was alright. It seems very few people do this today because they read on the internet that its not as good as doing a few sets of squats more days throughout the week but it doesnt hurt to try out different methods when your results have been negative for years.

We have seen bdiddy's natty pics. Not much different than current EV.

How these guys so easily forget the realities of natty training. Get so much ego and start thinking they are lifting Gods. Both these guys would have their former natty selfs rejected on any application to the IEL gods. Evo was fat and had marshamallow man arms when he was natty. Bdiddy looked like Bruce Lee.

Not good enough bros.
