Skipped Friday's workout yesterday so back in mn and doing it in basement at home. Was going to bench 5x5 but I'd told dad when I hit 2 plates this week and he said I should try to find out true max. Just benched 250x1

Ship it. If you are in MN and into lifting in basements feel free to shoot me an email and you can stop by my place if you'd like.

Also, I obtained a scanned copy of Supertraining. So, for all those who think I've been FPSy in the past. Lol...

Actually, true speak is I read the squat chapter in SS v2 yesterday and SS v3 today (forgot there was a more recent version) and plan to follow that. Supertraining is just for me to geek out. Probably better to read than the forum. Maybe I should just quite the form for a month or something and see if I magically get stronger.

that grammar is killing me.

I'm gonna get lynched for saying this, but I thought supertraining was a tad overrated....

Well, fiscal conservatism tinged with removing employment protection, welfare entitlements and any environmental protections in favor of big business (particularly foreign interests). Still pretty liberal on social issues - or at least they're smart enough not to say anything that would indicate otherwise.

Yugo - if you have the scanned ebook that reads like a bunch of mashed *******s - I have the hard copy you can borrow.

The scan I have seems pretty solid. Great to know you actually have a copy though. The book looks dense as hell so not sure how much I'll end up getting into it.

Is there a site that will tell me where I can watch various things? As in, if I have Netflix and Amazon and xfinity and I want to watch a movie, it tells me where it's available?
09-21-2014 , 05:48 PM
Besides Google?
09-21-2014 , 06:59 PM
It'd be nice if there was one central "who has this movie" database
09-21-2014 , 07:43 PM
Agreed. It would be great if IMDB just had an icon next to each movie for the various sites.

Got taken off my feet on Friday and came down a little wonky. My knee now makes a clicking/popping noise but doesn't really hurt too bad. Squat tomorrow. What should I look for to know if I'm gtg on my warmups? Any pain? Noise? Some combination of the two? Am I just gonna die anyway?

On a layover on my way home from Vegas. I lived but probably lost weight due to only eating 2 meals a day, moving stuff around for the show, and lifting Saturday morning. TR in my log hopefully tomorrow. For you Olytards and Crosstards:

Spoiler:

This was shortly after my squat workout, he was at our booth both Friday and Saturday.

http://www.canistream.it/

Also I use moreflicks.com, because amazon, netflix, etc have toooooons of stuff available for streaming if you're not in the US. moreflicks will tell you what country to use, then use the hola plugin to apply a VPN to that site. It's simple, easy, and works 90%+ of the time.

For example I am right now watching Community on Netflix, which is not available in the US, but is available for canadians.

did you tell him "thanks for alaska"
09-21-2014 , 10:10 PM
Didn't bring any guns to Vegas. Not sure how a Russian would react to an American holding a gun next to him either.

That would have been awesome, although he might not understand. Super tough talking to him as he has limited English skills and I have zero Russian skills.
