Thanks, Obama
I was too impatient, and drunk, to properly warm the mallow. So I made two more to work on my form while drinking more beers, but didn't take pictures of the smores.

Agree with loco that re-watching TV shows has to be the nut low of time wasting.
I'll try to tip my fedora to acquire some pics from the lady.

I don't like rewatching shows, but I will sometimes just play the replays to have some background noise which doesn't require my attention.

I believe we are nearly caught up after last week. Lifted yesterday and gains do appear to have diminished. Hopefully it's just some rust.

You are terribly disadvantaged from an anthropometric standpoint for all things squatting related. These look about as good as you could ever hope to achieve with femurs that long.

In short, **** you, you shouldn't be able to do that.

I don't have any comments on the squats, they look fine. I do want to give you a big FU for linking to the very first page in your log and not the post in question. It has been said before, but I think it needs repeating: BAN BTM.

Oh, I actually did mean to link to the post. I thought I did but I guess I did it wrong. I'm an idiot. /bans self

HBBS or LBBS better for anthropomorphic freaks like BTM and myself? I've done a lot of reading over the last few weeks and there doesn't appear to be consensus on the matter.

At first these HBBS were weird but I'm getting used to them. It feels....right, Monte. It just feels right.

Might just be my computer, but when I click on it now it goes to the first page of your post. After about 10 seconds it forwards me on to some old Sklansky thread.

I've done both previously, and I have no idea which is "better". Just that every time I watch that Hitler video I want to change back to HBBS. I'm so impressionable.

Weird. What about this?

That one worked.

Checked on another computer, still having issues with the first link forwarding me to that Sklansky post. Thanks Obama.

Yeah, I got that Sklansky post too. But I just manually went to the last page of his log instead.

His assumptions are incorrect, although he is right anyway. lol sklansky.

Exciting news. My gym is replacing our plywood platform with something state of the art, whatever that is. Potential beat - the crossfit trainer is behind it.

I recognize some of those from his actual posts. Are all of those actually things he said? WTF.

Not my fault you filmed those squats from behind. You know that's your least photogenic position. If it had been an angled front shot I would have instead marveled at dem abs.

I (apparently) finally convinced the GM of my regular Y that we need some new bars because all of the ones that are there now are bent due to people doing t-bar rows, Olympic lifts with no bumpers, and rack pulls for however many years those bars have been in the rotation. If that actually happens, I'm going to ask them to buy a few hundred pounds of bumper weights so we can try to keep the new ones in decent shape for a bit longer than six months.

I also got slightly trolled, as the wifeacore said the GM and another female trainer/employee were talking to her about how "thin and muscular" I was (the wifeacore's response was to laugh and roll her eyes). I think that's a signal to start eating again.

Anything that could get you to start eating again would be most beneficial.
