Next time you are stateside you should check out this little out of the way joint called Commerce Casino. I heard they have some pretty big games sometimes.

Bench 2x5 205
Incline bench (35 deg) 3x10 155
Cgbp 2x8 155
DB military press 50s 7 6 6
DB skull crushers 3x10 30s

I don't know what happened. I randomly forgot to work side Delts and rear Delts. Getting old. I have videos of the bench but stuck in the corner of hotel without fast Internet.

Those lame fitness bands are actually pretty sick for side raises and pull aparts. Side raises especially because there's no momentum so you can't really cheat.

Keep at it, bro!

I'm gunning for a GL... not sure which one.

Possibly the "More-loco-than-loco" award.

Maybe it would help you if you scream "aura! aura! aura!" when you go heavy on legs... like a tinybro version of big Lou in Pumping Iron.

So that's probably why she trolls me nonstop about being obsessed and having chicken legs. I dish it. She dishes back.

Going to the gym now. Can't talk.

Yeah I just did a 10repper to failure. My band is perfect for side Delts. Good call Funnie. I do pull-aparts and some mobility stuff but hadn't thought of side laterals.

Had another nightmare trying to get to the gym. I'll save you guys from the drama. Drove at 5am this morning and got a workout in. it was 45 miles so I gassed up 3.5 gallons so ahe wont realize I drove off to find a squat rack. Girlfriend was sleeping and never knew. Later in the day she asked if I was going to the gym today. I said no I am tired. She had a weird face. Score one for me, didn't get called obsessive freak.

HBBS2x5 210

Man I can go deeper than that. Will repeat with more depth.
Nautilus leg press 2x8 270

Sux traveling. So much variation between machines. This felt super heavy even though normally I leg press 360 for 10. IMO Hammer > Nautilus >>Paramount >Precor >>>Life fitness for overall machine effectiveness.
DB Bulgarian Split Squats 2x10 40s

Easy. Maybe move up or go lower

Other accesory work

My bench from this week. Again, going to stay at the same weight. Want to tuck my elbows more and do the J thing. For the deadlift I will go up because this gym has my favorite skinny bar.

loco,

That gentleman who walked behind you looked super ripped. Maybe he can train you?

Bring the weight down lower on your chest - try to touch it close to your sternum. That will help keep your elbows directly below the bar so you'll be stronger.

Looks like your heels are coming pretty high off the ground while you squat, keep that weight back

They are coming off a little bit. I noticed that but didn't care because my heel always does that with those ****ty Nike lunars. My girlfriend threw out my normal squatting shoes because they had holes in them and I accidentally showed up to the steakhouse wearing them. She was pissed and trashed them. I shed a tear so we went to Dick's to buy another pair. They didn't have the right color so I am stuck with the Lunars for now. Impossible to keep my heels from moving with those things. But really solid with my other shoes so I am not worried about it. Good eye though.

Get some weightlifting shoes already bro. I feel like you're a bright orange Adipowers guy, won't that make Aidan jealous when you have his cool shoes, are the inspiration for the Golden Locos, and still can only squat half of his WR

Parallel grip chins +50 5 5 4
Pull-ups 2x10 (1min rest)
Machine pull downs 3x12 (1min rest)
1-arm barbell rows 3x12 35lb bar+60
Inverted Rows 3x10 bodyweight
Machine Rows 3x8-15
Preacher Curls 2x12 55
Ab wheel 3x15

Bodyweight came in at a blistering 164 today. Digital weight scale and traditional weight scale at this gym. Not freaking out though. I ate 5000 calories yesterday and haven't dropped a fecal bomb yet. I guesstimate I am about 160. Jackedness at all time high. Will run this hybrid strength/bodybuilding routine for 3 more weeks. Then will go to high volume for 8 weeks. Then will probably try a pure strength routine (maybe TM or 5/3/1).

Don't blame your heels coming up on the shoes. You should get good shoes, but you should also fix your form.

Trying to get a deadlift session in. Went twice to the gym. Both times small gym overrun by grandpas and grandmas. Everyone is white and looked at me like I was a G from the west side that was about to rob their dumbells.

May have to do a late night session. Fat bar in the power rack. My little hands can't even hold. Not too excited.

Dreamt of squats last night. Deadlifts now officially my most hated/avoided exercise. Have been having urges of squatting. Gasp.

Also got a new pair of nb minimus (same shoe as I had before). So far I have been able to squat decently, deadlift and running felt great in these shoes. Love them. Obviously would like squat shoes one day, but seems like that's pushing it while I am on the road. Both my bags are exactly 50lbs. No room.
