Pretty sure Yugo has some Estonian programmers on his payroll that can set up a VPN for you.

45 to 60 minutes of cardio
Three sets of 25 reps of sit-ups every other day
One-mile warm-up on the treadmill
Two sets of 10 reps of push-ups
Four sets of dumbbell curls
Three rounds of 20 reps of box jumps, jump squats, and burpees
Boxing training (heavy bag, speed bag, jump rope)"
Well, I dno, doing lots of boxing training seems like it could result in a boxing physique? But yeah, seems hard to get bigger on such a workout but he seems to be bigger in the after pics. Or he just is very toned and in charge of his diet.

You know......... this ACTUALLY isn't a bad idea...

I'd even start logging again.

(of course I'd have to reset all my weights to fake progress)

Yea no sht this is the most posts I've ever made in a 12 hour period

In for bench press only fantasy lifters league. Just need Cha to message me powerliftingwatch rankings

We should do an SE style draft with write-ups, in any case; I'd just want to be taken before Soulman and Yugo.

Importantly, Calliet also had Jordan eating small meals more regularly — about every 30 minutes, he told E! Online. All told, he ate six meals each day for the diet.
I guess getting 20.5-21.5 hours of sleep daily helps with the gains too.

If you are over your late 20's you're past your prime muscle building age. Doesn't mean it still can't be done - it'll just be less than it (probably) could have been. How much less? *shrug* person dependent just like everything else.

or I'm just using that as an excuse to still be small and weak.

Re: MBJ's routine, there was a Carolla podcast recently where (and I haven't seen the movie) they were talking about the difference in physique between Jordan's physique and whoever was playing his opponent (it was some professional boxer). Carolla (who used to be a boxer/boxing trainer) pointed out that a lot (most?) boxers tend to have relatively un-aesthetic physiques, at least in comparison to Rob Riches or whoever loco beats off to these days, because boxing training involves a lot of running, movement work, and punching and not a lot of hypertrophic training. His stance was that MJB looked like Hollywood thought a movie boxer needed to look like, and that his opponent just trained like a boxer and came into the shoot in typical fight shape.

I'm not tuned in enough to the boxing world to know if that's bs or not, but it seemed reasonable as a sort of level 0 explanation.

In for lifter fantasy league
12-03-2015 , 03:42 PM
Instead of positions we could do sports/goals. PL, oly, BB, flex?
12-03-2015 , 03:45 PM
Monte,

This is the guy he fought in the movie. He looked a little fatter in the movie. And ya, IMO most boxers look worse than mbj but then you have someone like timothy bradley that look pretty good.

Spoiler:

It sounds like there is interest for two types of league: drafting forum lifters, and drafting professional lifters?

I'm in for the former and not the latter.

Michael B Jordan was 6' 151 before he got the role for Creed.

In the movie he was probably 165. Looks like a complete DYEL in clothes.

It's good pump. Very lean. And all camera. He does not have a better upperbody than EV at 5'9 160.

Tony Bellew his opponent in the movie, is a real boxer. He is 6'1 175 and probably 22% body fat on fight night. The Aussie DYEL in this forum has a better physique.

Idiots.

Count me out for both leagues.

Sure, in on a fantasy lifting league but can't WW. Lame.

Monte, my caveat would be that:

Hollywood doesn't care - they cater to what the audience thinks a movie boxer needs to look like/what ladies can jilloff to so you can convince the lady to go watch a boxing movie with you.

If Yugo drafts me he'll never want to fantasy lifting league again. That's my DYEL 100% Guarantee.

Well yeah, obviously that is the extent of what they care about, but your clarification is good and proper.

As to one of the current topics, the H&F Forum Poster draft is now open for sign-ups.

The only thing more ridiculous than fantasy lifters of the weights is fantasy baseball (or basketball or hockey).

Bearing in mind it's difficult to put a vagina in a box -

Been casually dating a guy long enough now that it feels like I should get him something for Christmas (about six months). Given our schedules we only usually see each other once a week and I'm not sure it's a forever type of thing but we are having fun.

So what's the right type of present to convey I like you, I enjoy my time with you, but no pressure that this is more than what it is at the moment.

My assumption is that the most forbidden of gifts has already been given?

If there's no hobby related or little electronic doodad that he's mentioned wanting in casual conversation (and I'm guessing there wasn't, or you wouldn't have asked the question), it's hard to go wrong with a bottle or two of his favorite booze.
