I decided that I f'ed up my build on the ek scion. It wasn't clear that about 22 of my points were designated for post level 70 play. That's why I am getting the crap kicked out of me.

So, I'll be dropping 12 regrets that I had saved and whatever refunds I have left to get to where I should be. Also in doing this, I'm switching to the ziggyd build, which will call for an overhaul in gear, which I needed to do anyways since I completely out leveled my current gear.

If you guys have any helms/gloves/boots with mana regen/hp/resists and move speed on boots. Let me know. AR/ES or EV/ES. I think for the sockets I need, I think I need AR/ES for 2 of the pieces. Obviously, I am wanting to buy these from you guys. Current level is 60. I also need a discipline gem. A wand with spell damage, faster cast, faster projectiles would be cool also. Amethyst rings with mana regen/resists and random stats are welcome also. Also, will need a 5L chest piece AR/ES, if you are already have a RRGGB one, that'd be great also, if it's white or blue or yellow, I don't care. Pref yellow with decent stats.

If no replies by the time I get home from work in like 9 hours, I'm going to hit up xyz. I just wanted to share the wealth to us first before outsourcing it.

It's a waste compared to what you could run. It's not great for what it takes to run it.

You can't compare how good things are in normal or early cruel. You'll start to get a feel for how bad they are on late cruel and merciless, and you may not even be able to tell if you're insanely over leveled or decked out in gear.

Made it to early act 3 normal with ranger and a duelist now. I'm looking for mid 30s STR / DEX / life / physical damage gear. Rangers dps is weak so I'm specifically looking for a 2h sword for him.

How much longer is the nemesis league running? Should I be spending currency with plans of rerolling anyways when league ends or what?

Well when you die don't complain here. Haste aura is absolutely terrible compared to others in nemesis.

It's not anger at all. There are several auras that are better for dps and survivability. Do as you please though.

Ok, build idea.... dual wield but using claw and some other weapon. Reave for multi-target dps/healing. Other hand for single target damage.

Noticing Cleave doesn't work with DW unless both weapons are axe/sword... I guess whirling blades will only work with 1hd sword but not mace/axe. Leap Slam, Infernal, most agi melee work with either/claws. Glacial and ground slam mace only ofc.

What other weapon do ya'll think is best? Should I try to get a bunch of red gem slots and level them all as I go, or think one will be strictly better? Maybe optional claw and pair axe+mace? I think sword seems worse than axe cause damage >>>>>> accuracy obv. I guess reave would kinda suck with a sword since we aren't guaranteed the life for hit...

Thoughts? Anyone try something like this before?

I think that's going to be a difficult build because in order to max your DPS you'll either have to double down on weapon-specific damage increases on the skill tree - for example, you're not getting full value out of the Blade of Renown or Wicked Blade passives because they only benefit one of your weapons - or focus on one-handed weapon boosts, which aren't quite as VALUE as the specific ones at later levels.

Remember to level up the gems you intend to use later while you level. You can put those gems in your secondary weapon slot and they'll still gain XP whether you are using your secondary weapon set or not.

Ultimately, I think you'll benefit from picking one base weapon type.

Also remember that you don't need to use claws to get life on hit, there's also a skill gem for that.

EDIT: Also you don't need to pick a permanent weapon type now, those decisions can be made later based on gear.

Going claw/shield or even double claw would be interesting - there are the +12% life leech nodes for claws.

finally starting to find some decent stuff. couple maps, decent 5l armor and an upgraded axe that is mainly physical dmg and should help with the life leech.

also, just figured out you can buy 6 socket items when they pop up and sell them for 7 jewelers orbs, so that has helped.
