I've bought some shoes from Swear. They are good quality but 2 sizes too small. I'd normally wear Size 45, from Swear I'd fit a 47. I've only bought one pair from them though so better check first.

The boot soles look the same as on my shoes - they look great.

well my post was more about stinking than shrinking.

a top quality cotton shirt won't shrink at all if you don't boil it.

Can anyone recommend me a quality polo shirt that is

1. fitted

and

2. preferably made of some type of cotton/polyester blend?

"Fitted" how?
EDF Fashion (and Fashion Deals) Thread Quote

by fitted I meant more of a muscle fit. doesn't have to be a super tight fit or anything. I'm tall and slender and have trouble with standard cut shirts hanging all over me.

Bunch of sales on Allen Edmonds for the next few days if anyone is interested.

Amazon has 30% off everything, and Endless has 25% + 10% cash back from Mr. Rebates.

Makes most $325 pairs around $220. Free returns at endless also.

STP comes through again. These boots are definitely legit and a sick value at $143.

Ok, I must be boot-******ed, help me EDF. Every boot I look at I basically hate, including the few in this thread (no offense of course, just different styles). Just got home from shopping for 2 hours and didn't even like a boot enough to try any on. I'm 25 and am looking for a decent looking casual boot that can tromp through snow, but I also feel fine wearing out. I hate that tan color that seems to be popular with boots. The pair of boots I came closest to trying on today was

but I didn't love them so didn't bother, though I might go back and give them a shot. Anyone got any boot ideas for me? Thanks.

what do you pair that tie with?

Pretty much anything. Went basic today with a charcoal suit, white shirt, that tie and a grey/silver patterned pocket square.

The tie is thicker than I expected. Even a four in hand knot looks pretty hefty.

If it's purely for the snow get these.

Pair of welly socks makes them fit nice an snug.

You'll look win as well.

I've got a pair of timberland boots but brown/tan colour and they are ok in the winter but in heavy snow they aren't in the same class as a decent pair of wellys.

Sierratradingpost has a solid dealflyer coupon today; 40% off and free shipping on orders over $100.

It seems to work on everything that isn't on clearance, so Tricker's for $284, incotex pants for $150, etc.

Is there a way to use that if you weren't already signed up for dealflyer?

I signed up for it today and they sent me a 30% coupon. Since I'm looking at Tricker's and each 10% is $50, the extra 10% would be pretty nice.

Do you guys own like premium hangers that don't leave bumps in your shirts or what? I currently have three different hangers in my closet,

Wire

Plastic

Different kind of plastic

and all three leave bumps in my shirts, it's starting to drive me crazy. I found these hangers online (http://reviews.containerstore.com/16...ws/reviews.htm) that seem to get really good reviews. Anyone have experience with these or other types of hangers that don't leave bumps? Thanks.

This seems like an alright place to ask this.

I don't know much about shoes, but today I got my dress shoes back from being resoled here in New Zealand, for about 70 USD. This is the result:

There's no defined heel on the thing, no cutaway on the bottom of the shoe. The sole is also some cheesy print. How pissed should I be about this? Am I right in thinking they look ridiculous?
