I care about the final episode of Mad Men. They better not kill Don Draper!

nice work on that undertitle, Elliot, pretty clear that you've got some juice with the powers that be.

I believe I may have lice. I've googled it but don't see any way to test this out right now without anyone around to help me.

For several weeks I've had itching from the side and back of my head, neck, and shoulders, as well as my waist where my clothes press tight. There are many small red bumps. It seems that this would require two separate lice infestations (as head and body lice are different species) which makes me wonder if it could be something else instead.

Advice?

bed bugs?

search around your bed for signs of bed bugs. i'm not sure of the signs, but it's easy to look up.

but you're probably going to have to have someone else inspect your head.

and maybe wear a kaftan. i think i might start wearing them

Take more showers?

Seriously, you can readily find out if you have head lice by applying cheap conditioner and combing it out with a "nit comb". Wipe off the conditioner with kitchen towel and you'll see them.

AFAIK, the only way to get rid of body lice is to launder clothes in very hot water and keep your body clean. You shouldn't have them unless you don't stay clean or you've been around someone who doesn't.

Yah, tbh, Filthy is probably right. You could have bedbugs. Which is a nightmare because they take some eradicating.

I don't believe it's bed bugs since most of my body is fine.

Meh.

Take a shower and use lots of shampo
EDIT: like LOTS of shampoo...if you have enough hair wash it three times and scrub religiously

you could also take a video of your head. look behind your ears and make sure to get the hair up so you can see the roots. if you have good light and resolution you should be able to see lice if you have them.

kind of funny that high resolution video technology is more commonly handy than conditioner, nit comb, and paper towel

Things I enjoy doing

Watching movies and TV.
Playing video games
Playing board games
Masturbating
Hanging out with friends?
Hiking but only because I spend the whole time daydreaming about having super powers.
Eating. Sleeping.

Is there anything else?

Is it normal to always be thinking about other things you could be doing when you're doing stuff, even if it's fun? I assume that's part of the saying live in the moment.

Thanks. I tried this but the quality was too poor to see anything.
