Dude, I am waist ****ing deep in neurotic family members, unruly pets, and wood epoxy trying to keep everyone around me happy, not having slept in my own bed literally since the night after I saw you, and hoping no one notices this secret repair job I'm doing on something my dog destroyed that doesn't belong to me.

I'm also about a month behind on a game series I'm running here, and also on responding to the complaint PMs too!

I've never worked with wood epoxy and sanding tools before, I got bigger problems yo

grating your own cheese is a good bit of advice

12-30-2015 , 01:40 PM
lol at using a cheese grader when you have a decent set of teeth
12-30-2015 , 01:43 PM
it is pretty embarrassing when i get cheese out for company and there are teeth marks in it

i forget if i told this story but i'm telling it again

a couple days after thanksgiving my mom asked me if i had a good time and i said it was my favorite thanksgiving ever, so she asked why, and after thinking a few moments i said because no one tried to talk to me about my life or anything

i think mostly because i hung around with my nieces and nephews and there were no "fringe" relatives there like cousins or aunts

i wouldn't so much call that a story as a boring rant

Valentinos deliver the promises. Both good and bad.
Yeah, ya ain't getting out.
Capo di Paradiso.

Bought ticket. Didn't go. Had it. Anonymous too.
Hid a killfile in this, on Google.
Some scenes left on the cutting room floor. There's a hidden Pope, yeah.
hebXKpfe2eA <--- easy enough to decompile?

[The Bloor Walks, the Colonnade, Ali, Victoria's Benches, trapping the carder @ Eaton, rest of it.]

East on Bloor though:
Show the collection of G5 stars as night lighting. And it is. I ain't named none of them yet.

Good ****ing luck finding any tho. Y'all are in the dark. Unless...

I might have skipped Vigg posts, but Booker has been always pretty decent.

Understood. You are forgiven.

The 3D trailer for the movie Warcraft is a top top tier visual experience. The 3D effects spun my brain around. If I could, I would have immediately watched it again.

I never saw 3D technology used to that extent before, I wonder how the movie will be?
12-30-2015 , 05:02 PM
it will not be good

trailer was also not good

saw it in 3d and don't remember anything special, but movie will definitely suck

Less joke making, more advice on smoothing out these gouges on veneered heartwood grain, thx

I don't usually worry about repairs but I need to figure this out by myself with only the internet and common sense to assist me, and I have to get it right the first time to surgeon-quality perfection.

The internet disagrees over the best way to do it, and home Depot is only going to make it harder/more confusing once I see the product choices and tools etc.

If anyone sees this and can help, please seriously pm me. I have approx 1.5 days to fix this.
12-30-2015 , 05:22 PM
Don't **** it up worse than it is already, either man up and confess or see a professional.
12-30-2015 , 05:26 PM
I'm fairly certain it's a heavy particle board block under a slightly thickish livesawn softwood veneer, a bit of the wood beneath the veneer has been exposed. I'm not positive though bc I can't see the endgrain.. I could try to sand it, fill it, sand it again, and match the stain but is that gonna look right??
12-30-2015 , 05:27 PM
I would prefer to confess after its fixed.. that's the game plan anyway..

Were you drunk?!?

What a scam 3D movies are. 2Ds were plenty for Hitchcock and Kubrick.

I saw the Warcraft trailer in 3D and it looked like the biggest piece of **** ever.

Who even gives a **** about Warcraft anymore.

Don't even get me started on "audible" books. I won't hear of that nonsense.
12-30-2015 , 05:55 PM
I played WoW. I had a badass undead warlock at launch, a druid I took into Lich King, a Death Knight. So it's not like idgaf about Warcraft. This just looks like the most cliché possible story hanging on hundreds of millions of dollars of recycled CGI. There is no reason for this movie to exist. It's like the Fantastic Four of MMORPG.

xnerd,

forget the repair. confess. buy a present. amor vincit omnia.
