If the stake was lost legitimately, he could/would have just explained that reasonably to his backer, with a play history to back it up. That he has tried to hide, and has now come to some arrangement pretty much confirms his guilt imo.

I'm a little interested that OP is trying to "fix" this and hasn't just disappeared like in the past. Makes me hope the walls are closing in on him a little - someone involved somewhere has something on him. I hope those who have knowledge of his work location do plan on sending them some emails with links to this thread.

FWIW, this guy appears to be one of the worst scammers I've seen on 2+2, and I know we've all seen a few here.

Where the money is coming from to pay vitali back is of none of ur concern but it's legit $

Hey josh, what about explaining why u used your friends accounts to try and scam people too?

In fact i have a few mutual friends with the person who's account you tried to get stakes from and was pretty close to outing him to them until i heard it was you again. It appears you didn't make good on paying back ($1000 or so) to itsover9000 either?

you're a ****ing tool.

EDIT* to everyone reading, if this is Josh lemarchant then people will not be receiving any money back (he hasn't put $20k on a flat deposit) I was mediating him paying back itsover9000 (in fact josh contacted me since he didn't like me bad mouthing him on here and said he wanted to clear his name), of course it lead to excuses and after a couple of months he blocked me again. He has scammed many before too. Sigh, I hear he has hundreds of 2+2 accounts and other poker accounts so people need to be vigilant and to be honest, stop staking people with near to no history (since it appears that 50% of these people are in fact just one man).

Anyone good at making websites? it's probably about time to have some fun back imo.

And someone meme those pics too.

So, which is it, Josh Le Marchant ?

Care to address the following:
- Scamming from other accounts
- Multiaccounting
- Creating fake graph

And, by the way, it is relatively simple to find you at your "finance" job. I'm sure you already knew that though.

You'd be better off changing your SN and get a different account...

No one will stake you after this...

I call BS. You have had plenty of chances in the past to display a sense of morailty, why do it now when you supposedly "played within the terms of the stake". If you did nothing wrong here, why are you paying the money back?

IMO this is just a stalling tactic. Someone really needs to contact the place this guy works and warn his co-workers not to lend him any money.

Seeking another stake while being on a stake? Thats pretty bad?

well, what really matters is how you lost the stake. if you lost it playing under/within the terms of the stake then thats fine. i think u looking for a stake during or right after and not talking to him is crappy of u but im not sure that warrants a repayment of a legitimately lost stake. but....1.) i have no idea if u legitimately lost under the rules of the stake and 2.) this is ultimately between u 2. im just kinda saying everything fwiw.

actually, this instead will be my last post in the thread.

Josh, I really don't care for you to lose your job. tbh i'm happy if you keep it so long as you learn a serious lesson (not trying to be patronising). It's just not right dude, something had to be done before you got worse and worse. this may be a change in your life, but its up to you. you reap what you sow.
