Out of the A's, 2's and 5's you've only seen one 2 by 6th. You can lose w/ a 5, chop w/ an A otr. Against described villain I fold to the raise on 6th.

Re: March Low-Content Thread

villain flatted WW3 to HJ/CO open by a 6? he then checks 5th when its possible we could have paired on either 4th or 5th and can check behind against his board which is never folding? it seems consistent with his s0uper slowplay till 6th, but we have a 7! pay the man his monies and make a note.

if this is mix there is a small chance he thinks this is S. def don't fold if the next game: Stud high came up.

this is a spot where pretty much every live card is working against us, but i don't think we should be folding.

meh, I've been playing that game a bit, seen that before. I've been doing ok and I'm no genius but there are so many ppl who limp up front w/ 9's and peel w/ face cards etc. I'll know where I stand in that game in another week or 2.

Y I'll probably come for the 6max, see how I run and take it from there. There is a tournament series going on here and there was a 50/100 half pl A-5 half pl deuce going. God I wish I was half competent at those games.

after the hand i decided my play was probably the worst (call 6th fold riv). his play confused me so much. fwiw it was a straight razz game so doubt he was playing wrong game.

How is it possible for you to play well at smaller stakes? Please tell me. I can't seem to force myself to pay attention when I'm over rolled for a game.

played an awesome hand today

co raises, i 3bet KQhh in the sb, bb calls, co calls

flop is QcQdJd
i bet, bb folds, co calls

turn Kd
i bet, co raises, i 3b, co caps

river Td
i bet, co calls

pot gets shipped to co and i am confused. oops, he has 97dd for the straight flush. apparently the guy doesn't like money

Re: March Low-Content Thread

A couple of years ago I was at AJs in the 9 seat. Drunk guy in the 1 seat check/calls the river on a QhJhXJcTh board. Other guy rolls QQ and drunk guy shakes his head and holds his cards up. I'm leaning back and can see that he's holding Ah Kh. He mucks.

Pretty sure you're probably supposed to bet/fold that river anyway.

And I was off this whole week!

Did the Strike ever get a 20 game going? Check with Todd, a 2p2er and a floor at the Strike, to see wassup. There's a few of the weekend 20 regs at the Shoe that'd prolly be willing to play 40/80 with you.

HB-

Booked the Athletic Club today. Don't worry about the other one.

If you say anything, you kill the jackpot anyway?

I doubt anyone would complain about optah.

Just as well, it didn't look that great on it's site. Turns out it's right next to the resort where I tried selling time shares years ago. Massive fail on my part.

Pretty sure that's not a jackpot. Other guy would need pocket jacks for quads, not pocket queens for just queens full.

Allow me to add a lil somethin' then. Perhaps you'd like to join us for dinner. I'm a fair-to-middlin' host and, if you don't mind being TR fodder, I'm pretty sure you'd have a swell time.

I'm also contemplating doing something other than going to a good restaurant and drinking some decent wine since dining in public with Howard can be just downright humiliating.

Look at the bright side. I'm hiring two scantily clad waitresses to watch over you at dinner.

Sorry you're gonna be out of town rudeboy. You'll miss HB spilling food in his lap on purpose.
