GS is an interesting and spectacular regular season gimmick with a title partly due to a perfect trip through a post-season. They get no more sniffs of titles with any hint of this crew. They are what I said they are, and what Billy Donovan indirectly said they are: A team camouflaging profound weaknesses with world class shot making.

When Curry is cold, any shot a nuclear Klay takes is +EV. His shots were fine.

It's one thing to shorten your rotation and play your best guys more minutes in must-win games (and Kerr should've probably brought Klay back in a couple possessions earlier); it's another to just not let them rest at all. Look how Lebron faded down the stretch last night when he played 46 mins. You have to rest at some point unless you're Russell Westbrook and you just decide not to get tired.
The basic point is you are way down and normal strategy was not working.

Klay was the only thing working 3rd quarter. If you'd ask Donovan, he would have hoped Kerr would take him out, and he did.

His "bad shot" was a 26 footer that could have easily gone in.

Klay played 8 minutes of the 3rd when he was taken out.

It was only 37 points in a quarter. He was starting to chuck, but the Warriors are garbage if Curry is off.

Draymond is only valuable on offense when him and Curry do pick and roll, but Kerr has almost completely taken that out of their gameplan for some reason.

A huge reason (possibly the biggest) that Green is struggling is because Russ is fighting through screens and you aren't getting the 4 vs 3 opportunities that Dray is used to feast on.

Russell Westbrook, the guy who went 36-11-11 tonight as well.

Yep, and the length of Kanter/Durant/Roberson make it difficult to make the pass he usually makes as well. It's a terrible match up for GS and I'm not sure there's an adjustment they can make other than shooting lights out and just out scoring OKC.

the gimmicky, regular season only, awful defense that just got crushed twice in a row opens at -7.5 for game 5

They are saying Steph is fine, I think he isn't, won't be shocked if he gets something done on his knee after the season ends. Hoping to reel off 3 straight but have my doubts. OKC playing at a super high level IMO.

Pinnacle opened -6.5, moved to -7.5 in 6 minutes.

GS should win game 5 but they are clearly getting run in game 6 so what does it matter

Clemens, you think you got a good guess on what OKC/Cle line would be?

Tough to say now that Tor is putting up more of a fight than GS.

Two game 7s would be pretty epic after both of the boring conference finals last year

I think it's less Steph being hurt and more Steph trying to guard a monster. Most likely a combination of both, but mostly just Westbrook.

Gotta give my props to Russ. As selfish as he can be at times he took his game to another level.

Btw, if Staph is hurt then why is he guarding Westbrook?

He looks mostly fine to me. Is he 100%? Maybe not, but he has had good games since coming back. Portland, game 2 this series....

I'm more inclined to believe the Thunder are a sick defensive team when locked in and Westbrook is just taking his game to another level.

Steph probably shouldn't have puffed his chest and yelled "I'm back" multiple times two weeks ago of he wasp still hurt.

I don't doubt he's injured, but right now his biggest ailment shookness from having to face a long big who dgaf about you driving on them. And then on defense having to get switched onto the freak show.

So do we see the lineup of death again on Thursday night? It's a small sample, but their margin for error is gone now and they got werked again.

I wonder what the o/u for Woyas points Gm 5 is? They in trouble, yo, they gonna do what they know how to do (which, btw, is what Donovan said) .... and that is score. They gonna try to hit 130, 140, and, particularly Curry, look cool doing it. That's just their game.
