Another thing I couldn't comprehend on my trip:

Why so many people in this country live in those suburban cookie cutter apartment communities. There are tons of them everywhere around major cities. I can't for the life of me understand why a young, single person would choose to live in an apartment building in the suburbs rather than living in the same complex in the city.

Just can't comprehend why people under like 27 or 28 would subject themselves to driving everywhere, having your only dining options within a mile be Olive Garden or P.F. Changs, and have no bars within walking distance.

Pro Tip: Iceberg lettuce is not the primary component to anything described correctly as a salad.

In fact the primary ingredient to any true salad should be American C-notes

I mean, iceberg is way down on the power rankings list of lettuces. But I've had some proper wedge salads that have done the old boy justice.

That said, it is the main component in your typical awful salad found at every chain restaurant.

I've never been to Columbus but this list seems reasonable. Memphis is a complete dump - famous only for being "not West Memphis".

There's a lot I like about Dallas but at the same time some stuff I don't like.

Nashville...spent an afternoon there like 15 years ago and was blown away by how hot the women at the galleria were. Seemed like a pretty nice city. North of Nashville is really really white trash though. Like one of the white trashiest places I've ever seen. Especially the nearer you get to the Kentucky border. We were driving to St. Louis and praying our car didn't break down along that highway.
