no surprise really. Seems like arsenal was his main destination unless something weird happened. I think he'll help out on some of the width problems they've had, but can he stop doing some of the playing in his head **** that he's prone to? that is the real question I think

Apparently United are ahead in teh race to sign Alexis Sanchez. Gill meet the appropriate agents/other people in Barcelona and a ~27m deal was offered.

Sources: Sun and mirror.

a bit underwhelming of a signing it seems... Too bad Hazard was priced out of Arsenal's budget

don't believe this at all, everyone under the sun has been linked with him and he's the last player we need.

Really? A rotation between Valencia, Nani and him with Park as backup doesnt seem to be too much imo. But well I do feel that a AM is prolly a higher priority, someone like Ozil will be great for your team.

Gervinho seems pretty underrated around here.
His stats are pretty good for ligue 1 (15 goals, 10 assists in 33 games).
As I have previously stated, he was probably better than Hazard last year. He is more polished and does not disappear as much. Hazard is just a better prospect, in the sense that if he really puts it together, he will be a top 5 player. He is not there yet.

Honestly, Gervinho will perform better in the EPL next year than Hazard would.
His qualities (speed and dribbling) are suited for the EPL. When I see what Odemwingie has done this year for WBA, it should give great hope to every Arsenal fan as he is not half the player that Gervinho is.

add ashley young into the fold as well

its been discussed here several times before, but basically sanchez is a younger version of nani that gives the ball away a bit more. In otherwords, that's not needed at all

AM isn't that great of a priority as we've never really played with one. Modric is much much more likely because he fits the bill for being a playmaker, but from a deeper position

Manchester United defender Wes Brown is keen on staying in the North West and might reject a switch to Sunderland, which would put Blackburn and Bolton on red alert.

whatever, as long as his ass is hitting the door on the way out this summer I don't care

-Joey Barton's twitter re: Nolan being sold.

Newcastle are back to being a total joke. Why the hell we aren't holding on to him I do not know

Maxi wants to go back to Argentina to play for Newell's Old Boys (BBC text), there is the MF that will be released to accommodate Henderson and Adam.

Langer....i doubt there will be a better signing in the Championship this summer than Nolan.

Inter have decided against keeping Leonardo as manager, Marcelo Bielsa has been mentioned as a possible candidate.

This would make Inter even bigger favourites to sign Sanchez, I think that's where he is most likely to end up in any case.

He's insinuating that he himself, (Jose)Enrique and (Jonas)Gutierrez will be sold next.

so nolan to spammers has to push parker to spurs surely?

one spurs supporter summed it up well imo:
Quote:
I'm in two minds about Parker.

I don't want him to come.

The other mind thinks the same.
