im not can you explain? if they run out of time outs, then a run nets 30 seconds and they end up with less time if they get the ball back.

given the horribad niners playcalling and affinity for fumbling punt returns/snaps/handoffs, i think punt was prob best in hindsight.

in real time i thought you had to go for it
