Regarding Trump pieces like the ones that have come out today, while of course it all sounds true, I just assume there is always a bunch of stuff that is wrong or misconstrued.

If something is wrong or misconstrued, then the truth is more likely to be something that is even worse than what was reported rather than something that is not as bad as what was reported.

Why? Why would you assume the error is biased that way?

I mean, anonymously sourced stories, direct stories and the words of the President himself, going back years and especially post-election, are incredibly consistent with zero (zero!) outliers to suggest he’s anything but a horrible human, not very bright, lazy, narcissistic, petty, stubborn and generally a total fool.

Worrying about if certain details are correct isn’t at all important.

Wolff is a known bull**** artist (look at his Wikipedia entry) and some of the stuff in the book seems pretty dubious. For example:

Quote:
Between themselves, the two [Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner] had made an earnest deal: If sometime in the future the opportunity arose, she'd be the one to run for president. The first woman president, Ivanka entertained, would not be Hillary Clinton; it would be Ivanka Trump.
Here is my question: How does he know this?

The stuff where people like Walsh are quoted directly is on firmer ground. Unfortunately Trumpkins are going to say, correctly, that the author cannot be trusted, and dismiss all of it on that basis.

No one is arguing this.

What I'm saying is that normal news reporting is constantly imperfect. Whats that quote again - "once you read an article about something you are an expert in, you realize that everything you ever read is likely similarly wrong."

Given a lot of these stories are quote-filled, anonymous, hard to falsify, involve known liars as the subject matter, and in this case involve an author with an apparent dubious history, it stands to reason that the error rate on these pieces is higher than normal.

In other news NOT to be ignored...

https://www.google.com/amp/s/amp.cnn...ion/index.html

Quote:
"Despite substantial evidence of voter fraud, many states have refused to provide the Presidential Advisory Commission on Election Integrity with basic information relevant to its inquiry," the White House said in a statement. "Rather than engage in endless legal battles at taxpayer expense, today I signed an executive order to dissolve the commission, and have asked the Department of Homeland Security to review these issues and determine next courses of action."
So in other words the orange 45 said all these illegals millions and millions of illegals voted illegally and that's why I lost the popular vote cuz I really want the popular vote and I have all the proofs...then the states called bull**** show your work.

LOL! What a POS 45 is.

In my sojourn through the Breitbart comments section, I learnt that Ted Cruz, Matt Drudge and Steve Bannon are all RINO cucks with insufficient hard-right credentials. Hannity can't be far behind.

I'm not surprised but I assumed they were going to be a bit more delicate about it.

Please, please, please let this be true. The Feds going back even before Obama have been reluctant to enforce Federal law in this area because they know it's completely unconstitutional. If they get sued by the states over this and lose large portions of Federal power are vulnerable to being stripped away.

This could be the literal greatest thing ever for returning rightful powers back to the states and forcing the Feds to abide more closely to their limited constitutional powers. The New Jersey appeal against the ridiculously unconstitutional Fed ban on sports betting is important, too.
