Bannon is likely a huge dumbass who has been in the right place at the right time and has an inflated sense of his own self importance. He probably thought that the alt right saw him as the true center of their "movement" and would parlay RINO Trump criticisms into a 2020 run or something based on the media inflating him and Trump failing the newest dip**** purity test.

Miller isn’t some conservative pundit with whom there could be a reasoned debate. He’s literally a Nazi propagandist. Nothing about how he handled that interview should be a surprise to anyone and Tapper and CNN had to have loved it and how it went. Tapper looks to the left like he calls out and shuts down a Rump mouthpiece spewing stupid, Miller gets to look like a hero to the right for going on the enemy’s network and taking no ****

There is evidence Bannon is intelligent. He's obviously a complete garbage human being who deserves to be laughed at, but he has been successful at some stuff and does seem to at least think strategically. Miller is a complete moron. Not sure that matters to anyone other than Sklansky though.
