i was saying that carrick should be playing, based on the numbers, but probably at the expense of ryan or someone, not necessarily perry, who has been solid in the playoffs. though perry was terrible in game 1, so idk. whatever. an attempt at speed might be the name of the game for the loilers here. only way to explain broberg playing, really.

they definitely found something with all the stretch passes and speed through the neutral zone in g1. shouldn't really be possible with how the panthers line up 3 on the blueline ... maybe more pressure on the puck is needed to solve the problem, so they can't just stand back there with all the time in the world to pick touchdown passes.
