Most people here are fans of MMA and will watch regardless. Saying that, this was the type of fight that because of the name value it will get more people to watch and then the actual fight itself will make them stick around and watch future fights.

It rare when you build up a fight so much and it delivers and this fight delivered.

What a ****ing fight!!

Some heart out of both of them. Thought Connor was dead at one point but he had damaged Diaz enough to hang in there. Very close, but probably correct decision. On a simple level, Diaz was slightly more bloodied and ****ed up at the end.

He's not a 170 fighter imo, though they clearly nailed their prep as much as they ever were going to.
