After the fight Sonnen's T:E was 16.9:1 I know he was on TRT which is allowed but is that not just to get Testosterone: Epitestoserone back to the normal level of 1:1 not to 17 times the norm. (Dont really know alot about this so easily might be wrong).

Sonnens last fight vs Bisping was really close and while i thought Bisping won it was close enough of a fight that Sonnen getting the decision didnt bother me. Saying that It was definately not the same Chael Sonnen that nearly bet Silva.

IIRC Silva and Belfort were good friends and Silva was offended that Belfort wanted to fight them so there was some bad blood between them which obviously makes my comment about him un-interested invalid for that fight.

Text and print doesnt do Chael justice. I get annoyed at times reading what he says in news articles. But in press conferences like this he is the GOAT.

Always enjoy watching SIlva, pound for pound and exciting. But if there ever was anyone I'd like to see dethrone Anderson, it's be Chael. Hope the pre-fight hype doesn't outshine the fight itself.

I haven't followed UFC for long, but I just watched the press conference. is it standard for anderson silva to answer every question with "nope" and "yes"? so ****ing irritating.

Actually Anderson is a strong UFC ambassador and has been an outstanding Champion for Dana and Lorenzo. There has been a dynamic built between he and Chael over the past two years which now has Silva on some sort of light tilt.

Not wanting to fight Chael was absurd, and Dana having to sit in a hotel room for three hours to convince him to fight Chael in unbelievable for whatever reasons he gave.

chael has known about his weakness to BJJ for a long time and hasn't been able to stop opponents from tapping him.

Ugh I'm flying a red-eye on Saturday and trying to figure out if I can still see this. If the schedule says the event starts at 7pm on the west coast, what time do you think the actual Silva/Sonnen fight will start? Thanks.

It can vary depending on how long/short the other fights on the card are. I would estimate the fight starts around 2hrs-2 1/4 hrs from when the event starts. So like between 9-9.15pm west coast.

Id stay clear. Hard to know how much of Sonnen dominating the first fight has to do with failing the drug test after the fight. Wouldnt shock me if he won this fight tho.
