Maybe you guys are right, I just seem to be much lower on Fultz and suspect he will be a complete bust. I like the LA deal more and think the "we won't deal to the west" is a ridiculous way to handicap yourself for almost no gain.

0.0001% chance Ben Simmons is traded for Kawhi especially since Kawhi has a very little chance to re-sign long term. There is no chance it will happen.

I know a big 6ers fan who doesn't want Kawhi because of the possibility it will be a one year rental and doesn't want LeBron because it would be his championship if they win it all.

Embiid-Bron-Kawhi

then package Fultz/heat pick for something else in a separate deal like J Butler.

He's right.

That's how I feel with the Lakers. Lebron goes there everyone will say Lebron saved L.A and give no credit to the rest of the team. Then if the young players grow into superstars they would say it's because of Lebron's mentoring. I hope they get some nice signings but not Lebron.

And with kawhi I think more likely he'd stay in L.A. if he went there. But even that is a risk not knowing if he changes his mind and you gave away 2 of your best players and long term future.

I think Simmons is a top 5-10 player itl at peak but generational talent seems a bit rich. And Kawhi is no lock to leave after a finals appearance/title like dood said. Very good chance he stays under that scenario.

What rental are you referring to? You have no inside info or understanding of Kawhi or any other traded player.

Ben Simmons is a-very very LA Guy, if he marries Kendall which could happen. He is in LA within 3 years.

Isn't Simmons in his rookie season alone a top 20 player in the nba? How is that not a generational talent? Dude carried his team to a third seed after Embid went down with injury towards the end of the season.

p.s There's a chance Kawhi injury will cause him to have to play through pain for the rest of his career, not impossible he becomes the next Luol Deng, 76ers should've kept Mikal Bridges & just run the team back.
