Lolll. Rondo doesn't even play defense anymore does he? It would be hard to surround lebron with a worse supporting cast than this. Might be worse than the Cavs.

And how did taking pennies work out for the Cavs?

looking through last year's offseason thread, the consensus was lol Ainge, including quite a few people who have now said they never understood the move from the Cavs perspective.

Did you know Jae Crowder was a top 20 asset in the league last offseason?

some how they still made the finals--their last trip for a while. they were likely always going to lose lebron. i don't agree with the trade and again they did poorly with what they got for him especially when trading him to the celtics.

The Lakers are just zigging while everyone is zagging.

You all have been deluded into thinking that shooting the ball well is a key to success in the modern NBA. And that's why the Lakers strategy of building a team that can't shoot at all is so brilliant.

Kyrie is emotionally polarizing so anyone saying lolAinge wasn't thinking clearly from a basketball perspective

He's not even a good fit for the Pacers but missing this should be cause enough to run KP out of town. Jesus.

What implications does Randle signing with NO have? Boogie gone? I like the Randle/Mirotic option at the 4 for the Pels.

Would have been a disaster for LAL to give 2/18 to Randle. WTF were they supposed to do? Good young players aren't signing 1 year deals.

You are clueless. Randle and Noel are both good young players who effectively signed 1 year deals

Still think Cleveland won. (Considering Kyrie was asking out.)

A good coach makes Jae useful, we know this; his contract was great value. That pick could've been higher.

Any teams showing interest in Avery Bradley? He had a down year due to injury last season so I think he's pretty under the radar. He should fit on any team.

The hits just keep coming. Do they really think 1 year of Rondo > 1 year of Randle? Something tells me this is all a setup for a Kawhi trade, has to be right?

On top of that Randle's last year becomes an asset if he opts in.

Unless you're Detroit and you take .50 and end up with Ben Wallace and Chucky Atkins over broken Grant Hill.

Or when you're Orlando and you give up Dwight and get Vucevic and parts.

In addition, the Magic have also acquired five additional draft picks over the next five years. Orlando receives: a second round pick from Denver in 2013, a first round pick from either Denver or New York in 2014, a conditional first round pick from Philadelphia and a conditional second round pick from the L.A. Lakers in 2015, and a conditional first round pick from the L.A. Lakers in 2017.
Right?

That was off the top of my head, I could find other examples.

in the NBA you always keep the dollar when it's a top 20 (10?) player, using Dwight a cancer useless position big man, lol
