From the beginning, have been rooting for an England-Belgium final.

lets face facts pal: you wanted us to lose to tunisia and panama and belgium and to leave the competition bottom of the group (eg germany), and when that didn't happen you wanted us to lose to colombia, and now that hasn't happened you will want us to lose to sweden, and then when that doesn't happen you'll be rooting for russia or croatia to beat us, but it will all be in vain because its coming home

I backed England to win in 90; this is far far sweeter than any monetary gain. Those Colombians were so calm in the shootout, as if they wanted it - perhaps too cool, aiming for the very top corner at full speed on the fourth kick.
