Hi everyone...

I have just purchased a permanent domain name (www.pokercompanion.com) and am transferring all the site from www.propokercompanion.com. For the next couple hours there may be issues logging in and visiting the website. At that point, please download the new version of the software which will have all of the references to www.propokercompanion.com removed.

In other good news, I am setting up a wiki for the software on the new website. This will function as a user manual and should help to answer most of the common questions without looking through all posts on this thread.

Thanks

I removed PC 2.0.4 and downloaded 2.0.5 from the new pokercompanion.com, but I'm still having the same issue of not being able to get past the log in screen.

When PC opens it actually lets me know there is a new 2.0.5 version available even though this is the version that should have been installed. It offers a pop up to upgrade to 2.0.5, but when I try and upgrade via this message nothing happens.

I have two suggestions.

First, try to uninstall and reinstall the software manually.
1) uninstall from control pannel
2) delete the appdata / pokercompanion/settings/default folder. (look up how to find it on google)

if that doesnt work try using the login User Name1 and password Password. This is a test login that I use for development. As long as the software is 100% open and free this login will work. Let me know which of these methods works out.

Hi,
I've also setup a wiki for the software at www.pokercompanion.com/wiki. I will spend some time developing this as a user manual, and I hope that people will post 'requested features' and 'known issues' / compatibility information as well as some of the actual manual documentation. If those who know how to use the software add information to the wiki, I will be able to spend more time actually developing new features.

I had to use the User Name1/Password log in and was able to open the program. I'll give it a try in the next day or so.

Is there a way to open $6+.50, $11+1, $22+2, $33+3 Holdem (Turbo) SNG's? When I opened the tourney window, just the basic standard buy in SNG's were listed.

Thanks.

Absolutely.... The fact that only some are listed is probably misleading. You can even use it for play money or freerolls. All you have to do is type in the fields EXACTLY as they appear in the full tilt lobby (letter for letter). Also, I recommend you use the full-tilt filtering options as much as possible.

Edit: i recommend you test the software in play money. And as possible use the 'racetrack' view

Trying the app again. D/Led a few weeks ago and had no luck. Hoping the newest updates help.

Basically, it scans the FTP lobby, but does not sit me at any tables. (Which is significantly better than previous version which wouldn't scan for me).

Any ideas?

Is it now working for all stakes? I just want it to auto-sit me at 16 25nl tables and keep 16 open constantly.

This is exactly my intended use for the software...

What you really need to do at this point is set up a 'server' version of the software running on some other computer. That way your actual computer will not need to constantly scan tables while u play (something which might cause flickering and other unwanted slowdowns). Eventually I will have a permanent server running, but for now I've set it up so that people can run their own servers.

Your gonna have to set up the filters both in the lobby and for the table opener. Look through the menus, and if it still doesn't work let me know and I will work with you to repair whatever the problem is. I haven't tested the cash table opener lately as I have been working on the SNG opener, which operates differently.

I've started work on the user manual at www.pokercompanion.com/wiki . I'll try to add content to answer the most commonly asked questions first. Any help in writing the manual would be both welcomed and appreciated.

did you rearrange the buttons? the widgets must be set up such that the register widget is on top. Otherwise it may be configured wrong. It seems to work for me. Which OS are you using?

I've had one report of issues with version 2.0.6+ on win7. Anyone else have this issue?

I'm looking for some type of SNG opener for FT and another thread linked to this program (by dashortstack).

Is this program still being developed?
