I'm on SSDI and my biggest problem is employers want me to work 30 hrs a week (but not full time) and I can't w/o losing my benefits.
Cool. I can't generally hire people on disability as most of the people I hire have to install solar panels, but there are probably some disabilities that wouldn't prevent someone from doing that. My problem, and with construction in general, has more to do with temporary rushes and lulls. I might pay overtime one week, but not again for 5 weeks.
What kind of work do you do?
