Someone please link me to some stories of people who were so inspired by their candidate but couldn't vote due to GOP obstruction even though they wanted to vote more than anything. From this election cycle and the source can't be salon, huffpo, CNN etc

Look up voting centers closed in the south and do the work yourself.

Boy, you really live in a sheltered little bubble there. Hate to see what happens when it eventually pops.
01-25-2017 , 02:36 PM
Nope. I wasn't the one that made the claim that the GOP wins elections through widespread voter obstruction and that asking for ID is racis

https://www.washingtonpost.com/polit...972_story.html

Sure hope WaPo is one of your allowed source and not fake news.

Please stop responding to this idiotic derail about voter ID unless t relates to Trump, thanks. Catch 33 can go respond to the appropriate thread if he feels like having an argument.
01-25-2017 , 02:39 PM
We're probably going to need a separate thread for Trump's conflicts of interest

This story is from the end of Nov but just popped back up in my news feed since the executive order for the pipeline was signed

http://www.forbes.com/sites/timdaiss.../#483abe4e727a

He claims he sold off his stake in Energy Transfer Partners, but they "would not say whether he had sold his stake in Phillips 66, which holds a quarter share of the pipeline."

I had my name changed through the courts too and showed my new amended birth certificate just fine to get an ID. Someone's ID should match their birth certificate. Also, WaPo is owned by Bezos so it's biased

at this pace trump will have like 10 different containment threads for different excecutive orders he is passing through.

No. It is your duty to do your own research. You obviously don't care so I'm done.

it is when access to such ID's is limited in racis ways.
01-25-2017 , 02:47 PM
Lol you act like "the man" is forcibly holding someone back from going to get an ID and then to a polling station
01-25-2017 , 02:48 PM
It's official. With trump approving DAPL - the Bernie Bros on my FB feed now hate Trump more than they hate Hillary. The Rubicon has been crossed. **** just got real.

No one is saying this.
01-25-2017 , 02:50 PM
Spicer saying Trump will look in CA and NY voting fraud first

01-25-2017 , 02:51 PM

How about when two of the Trump children were unable to vote for their own father?

lol oh man Amazon just can't win

BEZOS hated by Trumpkins

Amazon listed prominently on #grabyourwallet

Presumably Amazon's doors will be shuttered any day now

That otherwise intelligent conservatives who more or less try to argue in good faith (IE - not 33) still refuse to accept the motivations and effects of voter ID laws - no matter how much blatant evidence is presented to them - has caused me to lose all hope anyone can ever be reasoned in the age of identity politics.

Eh, primary voting is a bit different. I do think it should be open to everyone, but saying someone can't vote because they didn't register as a Democrat or Republican is very different than denying someone the right to vote in a general election. The two should not be conflated.

@Android phone: Barron gave daddy the green light

What's up with the hate for DAPL? people want energy and pipelines are more environmentally friendly than transporting it by rail/truck

they can come out in force. it doesnt even matter. gerrymandering has succeeded in removing any chance the dems EVER have to take over congress. currently it will take like 4 times as many dem votes as repub votes for that to happen.

what they are currently doing is simply mop up.
