I could certainly see him being anti-Hillary but it does seem odd that he'd push for Trump if he had solid information about Trump having an inappropriate involvement with Russia.

Yeah, I doubt Comey was trying to get Trump elected. More logical explanation is he was protecting himself from "Y U NO TELL US U INVESTIGATE" accusations in the hypothetical situation that EMAILS were found on Weiner's computer after the election.

If they were indiscriminately tapping people's phones sans warrant why wouldn't they have Trump's phone tapped. If they did it should be pretty easy to know his level of involvement given his addiction to it and his lack of self control/intelligence.

Umm...as someone that grew up in the latter part of the Cold War, I will never trust anyone from Russia that had ties to the Cold War Regime. I mean Putin and Co. were highly influential at the end of the Cold War. They are now in power. So no, I will never trust them.

This is what baffles me about Trump and his cronies. Like, they are literally playing with treason and getting executed if caught. But hey, whatever floats their boats I guess.
